موقع مكان الاقامه جميل بس ازعاج في تخرج من الجامعه و زحمه و تعب إذا بتطلع مشوار !!!
الموظف محمد إدريس ما قصر معنا محترم و خدوم و ساعدني كثير .
اثني على المدير ايضاً محمد صلاح كان دوره بارز و ساعدني ف حمل الشنط موقفه كان جدا مشرف محظوظين ف مدير نفسه ربي يوفقه .
الفندق الموظفين كلهم متعاونين حتى ف وقت الفطور اشكر الشخص الي على البوابه محترم .

النظافه كانت عاديه ما في مناشف جديده كلهم قديمين جدا ، لازم نطلب ادوات التنظيف والماي في نقص في عمال النظافه و تنظيفهم سريع السجاد كان يومين فيه أوساخ بس اتمنى تتحسن الخدمات لان الفندق موقعه عالمي و كل شي متوفر تحت الفندق ستاربكس و مطاعم و محلات و في جسر نروح الشارع الاخر المكان جميل جدا و اعيد التجربه اكيد نرجو من الاداره التحسين .

I had a wonderful experience at Gerasa Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a very comfortable bed with fresh, crisp linens. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job keeping every corner pristine.
