Ein sehr netter Aufenthalt mit super Ausblick
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine moderne Ausstattung inklusive einem Saunabereich mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf den Rhein. Allein dieser ist den kleinen Aufpreis wert, den man zahlen muss, um einen entsprechenden Korb mit Bademantel und Saunatüchern zu bekommen. Überhaupt ist das Konzept des Hotels sehr durchdacht, denn der Gast wird hier intelligent mit eingebunden, Kosten zu sparen. Zum Beispiel kann man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichten und bekommt stattdessen ein kleines Geschenk. Das geht nur jeden zweiten Tag.
Man kann in diesem Hotel ganz normal verwöhnt werden, aber man kann auch etwas zum sparen beitragen. Das ist kein Nachteil, denn es geschieht auf freiwilliger Basis und dürfte sich auf die Kostenstruktur und auch den Preis positiv auswirken.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr hochwertig.
Das Personal ist überall, sehr professionell und sehr freundlich, so wie man es als Gast durchaus erwarten darf.

Cons:

Etwas schade war, dass nicht direkt an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass man sich die Sauna freischalten lassen muss. Das ist ja kein Problem, da es nur einmalig kostet, aber es ist unangenehm, wenn man oben steht, sich umgezogen hat und der Schrank sich nicht verschließen lässt. Das funktioniert nur, wenn die Karte entsprechend codiert wurde.

Super Location, schöne Zimmer angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Bar und Lounge Bereich ist sehr gelungen. Das Angebot an der Bar und das Barpersonal sind hervorragend.

Cons:

Personal im Frühstücksnereich etwas gestresst. Kaffe habe ich erst erhalten, als ich mit dem Frühstück fertig war.

Würde das Hotel auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und es hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Altstadt.
Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und sehr grosszügig.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist öffentlich (wenig Platz) und eher teuer. (20€)

Cons:

Man hat uns an der Rezeption nicht automatisch die Bodensee-Card angeboten. Am nächsten Tag auf Nachfrage eine erhalten.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Lage ist im neuen Viertel direkt am Rhein nicht sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind neu, grosszügig und sauber. Das Parkhaus ist zwar unabhängig, liegt aber direkt unter dem Hotel. Eine gute Adresse für Geschäftsreisende und alle Liebhaber von langen Abenden am Rhein. Das Rheinufer beherbert eine Menge von neuen stilvollen Bistros und Bars.

Cons:

Wir wollten im Hotel früh zu Abend essen. Obwohl das Restaurant eine Menge leere Tische hatte wurden wir einfach abgewiesen. Die Lage ist toll wenn man gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist. Die Umgebung ist relativ neu und besteht aus vielen neuen Gebäuden. Nicht jedermans Geschmack!

Lage top, würde aber nicht nochmal hingehen

Gute Lage, schöne Bar, aber bereits ein kleines bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2.OG bezahlt für seitlichen Rheinblick, bekommen den Blick auf die benachbarte Pizzeria. Das Frühstück war für den Preis leider völlig überzogen und es war leider komplett leergefegt und wurde nur langsam nachgefüllt. Das können andere Hotels in der Preisklasse besser
