Top hotel à Elounda
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. L'ensemble du personnel est très sympathique mise a part peut-être au petit déjeuner il manque un petit sourire à la jeune femme. Un 20/10 au barman de la piscine et au perosnne à la réception. Hôtel propre, parking pratique, grosse amélioration de la nourriture au petit déjeuner bravo.les 2 bons de bienvenue

It was OK, not Terrible, Nor Great
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excelent as in 2 minutes walking distance you are by the sea at a very romantic scenery. The staff was very polite and eager to listen and help in any way they could. The size of the rooms were decent and the breakfast ok.

Cons:

First and foremost what I would like to emphasize is the that 4 stars hotel in Cyprus are NOTHING like this, I ve stayed in a 3 star hotel in Limassol which was much better than this one.

Cleanliness of the room was bad. Sheets were clean BUT covers were stained, sofa in the room was stained, bathrooms weren't very clean, bathroom mixer was broken, water was leaking from the shower making a mess.

Toilets were very small and uncomfortable.

1st room we stayed in had an issue with the A/C from the moment we got there and 2 days later it started leaking, stuff was very cooperative and switch us to an identical room next to it which had other issues that I described earlier.

Relaxing sunny late summer break
Pros:

Excellent pool and poolside area.
Great variety at breakfast.
Staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is built into a hillside, so there were many steps. This didn’t bother us, but might be a problem for some.
We booked a superior sea view room. Our first room had a partial view of the sea. We asked to change rooms and our second room was perfect with a view across the bay. I’d recommend you specifically ask for a full sea view , if that’s what you’d like.

Nice place I don’t know if I would go there again
Pros:

Nice room with balcony easy access from parking (the rooms near the pool)

Cons:

We could hear everything that happened outside because we were near the pool and it’s the main place that people set it was annoying

Friendly, quiet hotel with amazing view.
Pros:

Location was great and the room with the view did worth the extra fee. The food selection at breakfast was great with several hot or cold, savoury or sweet options.

Cons:

The beverages (coffee and juices) at breakfast can definitely be improved.
