Highly recomend
Pros:

We have traveled extensively and when we were planning a 10-day trip to Krasnoyark to visit family, we had a number of requirements: modern amenities (in-room AC/heat), English speaking staff, non-smoking, spacious rooms with a sitting room, good location, and breakfast included - all for a reasonable price.

Hotel PoliArt met and exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is new, clean and modern. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and the room was spacious, with nice furniture and a great bed. Everything was nice and clean, which is a challenge given the amount of construction going on in the city at the time of our visit.

What makes the hotel exceptional is the staff. Alexsandra, Maria and Irina made our stay a great experience. Veronica always fixed a fresh and delicious breakfast. When we had guests, they would bring tea/coffee and treats to the room to make our guests feel welcome. We hated to leave.

The only downsides are that the dining room is a little small and there is no elevator. These were very minor inconveniences given how great everything else was.

We certainly will come back.
