Hospitality re-defined!! This is the way in which I would sum up my experience. The hotel is known for luxury, but I think hospitality is what makes the experience unforgettable. I was part of a 6 night business trip with my family and trust me these 6 nights were made memorable because of the ambience, facilities, food and hospitality of your staff. The check in and check out experience was seamless. I would like to make special mention of the bell boys...they are helpful not only with the luggage but also helped my wife with the baby stroller. So kudos to them. The room was fantastic...great job by the housekeeping staff in maintaining the room and bathroom in an absolute spick and span manner. I think highlight of the visit was the breakfast....undoubtedly the best in Russia!!! Commendations to the chefs and stewards for making it a lifetime experience...the spread suits every palette and makes it a wholesome experience. The L'terrasa bar has a fantastic location and an equally hospitable staff. Overall kudos and congratulations to your entire team for making our stay memorable and one of the best experience we had in Russia.
Lotte is a losing lottery! Bad internet; terrible idea to stay for business and family customers; miserable staff especially breakfast waitresses, receptionists and guest relations’ team.
The security appear menacing and very unfriendly.
Waitresses are moody and especially during breakfast.
They will make your day start on a bad note and mood. We had to offer them gifts to make them treat us as customers during our month at the hotel
We did not want to move to another hotel because we had IVF treatment nearby and business daily. It’s not easy to try to settle in and relocate. We endured a very unpleasant experience.
The Guest Relations Manager ; Violetta Ivanschenko disrupted my business calls demanding I use my bedroom even though I never disturbed anyone sitting in a quiet corner in the lobby.
The receptionists are so miserable to approach them is to tread with trepidation and fear. They exude an air of arrogance.
Nadezhda Filippova is the hotel manager and despite our 4 week stay she never welcomed us.
The Lotte is strategically located next to St. Isaac’s cathedral. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the Nevsky street, which is the main shopping and restaurants place.
The rooms are spacious, and the A/C is exceptionally cool, which is great for the summer. The staff are friendly and very professional. Housekeeping was prefect, and room service is somewhat cheap and delicious.
I would definitely recommend the place for visitors of St. Petersburg.
We stayed with Lotte in May/June 2024. We had a wonderful stay stay supported by great hospitality. They were always there to help us whenever we need it. My wife fell sick during the stay they were quick to get us required medicines. Front Desk Manger Alina also ensured extension for check out considering my wife's health. The hotel is ideally located closer to all major attractions. Will strongly recommend.

Lotte Hotel St. Petersburg is a wonderful hotel located in St. Petersburg, Russia. Great service giving from the employees! The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the bed. I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Saint-Petersburg
1. Awful service and manner of employees.
- Victoria in reception during check in gave only one key for double room, for the asking to give one more she asked What for?! with a such awful manner.
- Angelina from sales dep. she absolutely does’t know how to communicate with corp. clients.
- A waitress in the bar Syniy Most, not smiling not at all.
2. Smell of sewer on the 2nd floor very disgusting.
3. Very bad hygiene. So many dirty stains under the toilet. Photo attached.
- Reception did not do nothing.
I’ll never want to come back this hotel with this price. It’s absolutely NOT 5 star hotel and service.

Завтраки просто кайф. Лучшие завтраки в Питере. Забыли в номере фен . Через 2 дня вспомнили, фен отель любезно готов вернуть.
Порадовал очень любезный вышколенный персонал. Выехали не в 12 а в 16 часов, любезно продлили номер без доплаты. Обязательно вернусь в Лотте.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location of Saint Petersburg. The window view of St. Isaac's Cathedral was stunning. The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance to Nevsky Prospect. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend! One little drawback - the VIP Access options were not offered, had to pay for the room upgrade. Very often staff is simply unaware of such benefits through Expedia.
