Pros:

Cons:

Many Cockroaches roaming around the buffet - informed the breakfast buffet team & also the manager. This hotel needs fumigation , especially in the restaurant area. The rooms were good though

Cons:

Booked for suite room, however there was no WIFI, then they shifted me to some small room very late at night, again WiFi was not working, they promised that they shift me to suite room next day, but they didn’t

Pros:

It was a nice location and ambiance,

Overall the facility was good especially the food and beverage outlets and helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location, the restaurant and cafe bar served delicious food. The staff are very attentive.

Cons:

Room cleaning could be better. Did not feel fresh even after room was cleaned. Room could be properly ventilated before the new check in to eliminate unpleasant odour from heavy occupancy.

Absolute Nightmare

I booked three rooms at this property, including their highest-tier suite, for a family trip traveling with an infant and senior citizens. What was meant to be a comfortable stay turned into an incredibly stressful, unsafe, and hostile experience. This property is a complete mess, and I highly advise everyone—especially families—to stay far away.
1. Severe Hygiene, Health, and Safety Lapses:
Smoke Policy Failure: The property claims to be strictly smoke-free, yet our room heavily smelled of cigarette smoke. This is a massive health hazard for an infant.
Infestation & Dirt: The rooms were filled with flies, and we found disgusting foot stains on the floor and heavily stained sheets.
Damaged Infrastructure: The air conditioning barely functioned, and the rooms had visible physical damage all over.
2. Check-In & Booking Discrepancies:
Our Booking.com confirmation explicitly stated a 1:00 PM check-in. However, the front desk flatly refused to honor this, claiming their policy was 2:00 PM. They showed absolutely no care or willingness to resolve the conflicting information.
3. Hostile Staff & Outrageous Threats:
When I brought these severe issues to their attention and requested compensation, the management's response was shocking. Just a couple of hours after check-in, they demanded I pay the full stay price immediately. When I asked to see this policy in their official rule book, they couldn't produce it. Instead, Mr. Kumar threatened to throw my entire family—including an infant and senior citizens—out of the property.
The lady at the front desk, Aishwarya, lacked basic decency, refused to acknowledge the issues, and had no idea how to speak to customers. There was zero compassion, zero hospitality, zero empathy, and zero accountability from anyone in charge.
4. Zero Security Oversight:
To make matters worse, past 11:30 PM, unsupervised kids were repeatedly ringing our room bell and running away.
