O hotel tem ótima localização, com restaurantes, mercadinhos e uma estação de ônibus na esquina. O acesso aos pontos turísticos por táxi ou Uber é fácil. O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável e igual às fotos, com cama super confortável, ducha maravilhosa, quarto bem funcional apesar de pequeno. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos, me ofereceram opção de quarto com ou sem janela (e ruído). A rua é tranquila, e o café da manhã é simples, porém adequado ao preço e saboroso.

Poderia ter um suporte dentro do box para shampoo etc

Chambre familiale confortable donnant sur un petit patio intérieur, donc très calme. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable et excellent rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner avec un choix de 7 menus, servi dans un endroit agréable. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande.

Pros:

New/renovated room. Good bed e good internet. And that´s all.

Cons:

Small room (despite new/renovated room). Small bathroom. There's nowhere (clothesline, towel rack) to hang wet towels. There´s no table to put your notebook on. There´s no minibar. Few power sockets (2 cell phones and 1 note? You´ll have problems to charge them). Few options in breakfast and small place where you take your breakfast (maybe you have to wait). There´s a water jug to guests, but when I went to serve myself, the jug was empty, so I took water from the refrigerator; before they charged me (COP 3.000 - or US$ 0,80) claiming it was a guest´s water. Localization is, at best, reasonable.

Only a small thing, but the window to my room was straight onto the corridor so had to keep the blind down continually.

Disappointed to receive such bad service from a highly rated hotel. Even though the hotel knew I was arriving after a 36 hr journey, I was given a room right beside the social area, where the employees children spent most of their time doing what children do. It obviously isn't a place to bring your 4 kids to work. When I asked if they could be moved, the employee started arguing with me that the kids weren't noisy. Ridiculous unprofessionalism. I left immediately and found another hotel.

Pros:

Everything was perfect.

Cons:

At night, when walking towards the room, the hall was dark, and the step down before the room made me almost fall. Installing movement sensors could correct that issue.
