Cons:

Although the hotel has been renovated, it is not well maintained. In my room, the hairdryer, safe, and minibar fridge were all broken. Also, not all rooms have air conditioning, which is not made clear during the booking process. This information should be communicated more transparently to avoid disappointing guests.

Good value for money, but could be improved with those few adjustments mentioned, such as better breakfast and wheelchai
Pros:

Great location, nice lobby, clean rooms. It’s not the most modern hotel facility out there, but they are taking decent care of it.

Cons:

Breakfast fairly good to poor. It could be more nicely served. Also what we absolutely did not like (as we are having 5 months old baby) is ZERO adjustability for stroller. Nowhere, and there are several flights of stairs in the hotel, are ramps or paths for a stroller, not to mention wheelchair for disabled people.

Hotel praktično tik ob glavnem trgu. Na voljo brezplačen parking. Zajtrk dober.

Cons:

Pred hotelom je le kakih 20 urejenih parkirnih mest namenjenih hotelu. Ostali parkingi so plačljivi. Ima pa hotel organiziran neurejen parking za hotelom, med ostalimi (starejsimi) objekti.

I really like location of the hotel, near the lake, everything is close to it

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a great experience, though I later realised we were in the newer part of the building. This time our room was in the old wing, and the difference was noticeable.

The main disappointment was cleanliness. The mirror was covered in handprints (it seems the previous guests had children), and there was still rubbish in the bin left over from whoever stayed before us. The room in general felt off - dusty, with the sense that it had been cleaned in a rushed, superficial way.

The old wing has apparently been renovated, but I expected a very different standard, especially given how well I remembered this hotel from my previous stay.
