Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив. Обслужването е на много добро ниво – хората са усмихнати, внимателни и правят всичко възможно престоят да бъде приятен. Вечерта в лоби зоната обслужването беше отлично. Въпреки че беше пълно, сервитьорите се справяха перфектно – бързи, организирани и много любезни.

Cons:

Хотелът видимо се нуждае от основен ремонт. Стаите и баните са остарели и имат нужда от сериозно обновяване. Освежаването би подобрило значително общото впечатление от престоя.
Пушенето в общите части също.

Sve je bilo sjajno!
Pros:

Prvi put smo boravili u ovom hotelu i mogu vam reći da sam odusevljena!Lokacija odlična,hotel je renoviran sa ukusom!Jedina mi je zamerka sto recepcija i oko nje,nije lepo osvetljena…tu je bas losa rasveta!Doručak raznovrstan i fenomenalan!

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff, location is great, good breakfast

We booked a standard double room, they give us a connected room, it was very crowdy because of the people who come to the other room 3 o'clock morning and start talk and lough loud.

Dobra lokacija

Cons:

Boravim više od 10 godina na neki način u ovom hotelu, da li smeštajno ili vanpansionski obrok, svake godine sve lošiji izbor obroka, čak osećaj ustajalosti pojedinih namernica. U ovom boravku smo morali ići u druge hotele iako smo imali plaćen obrok. Definitivno sam odlučio da se više ne vraćam u ovaj hotel…
Tokom noći morate držati otvoren balkonski prozor jer se od vrućine ne može spavati. Naplaćuju čak i čaj i kafu u sobi, to nisam doživeo u drugim hotelima bilo gde u Evropi, pa čak ni u Srbiji…
