As a travel agency, I can say very clearly that I would never recommend Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao to any individual guest, group, corporate client, or travel partner. I would absolutely never bring my groups or clients to stay here.
This was not just a small inconvenience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we entered the room, it was unbearably hot, almost like a sauna. The outside temperature was around 31°C, and the room was already 28°C. We reported the air-conditioning problem immediately, but the staff simply told us to wait for one hour and said it would become normal. After taking a shower, we were sweating the moment we stepped out of the bathroom.
Later, staff came into the room with a ladder to repair the air conditioning. For a hotel that presents itself as a four-star hotel, this was honestly shocking. I clearly told them that if the problem could not be fixed, we needed to be moved to a proper room with working air conditioning.
We went out for dinner and came back around 10:00 PM. Before leaving, I had set the air conditioning to 18°C, but when we returned, the room was still 26°C. It was hot, humid, and extremely uncomfortable. When we complained again, the staff brought us a fan. A fan. In a so-called four-star hotel. If guests are expected to sleep with a fan, why would anyone pay for a four-star hotel room?
We were then moved from room 2802 to another room on the 27th floor, but the new room was even worse, around 29°C. By that time, it was already 2:00 AM, and we still could not sleep. We had to pack, move, unpack, and waste even more time in the middle of the night, only to end up in an even hotter room. This was completely unacceptable.
What shocked me even more was the attitude of the manager. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a proper solution, the manager even mentioned that the Hilton hotel next door had the same issue. I have never met a hot

No bathroom robes , toiletries 👘 yet the hotel is pricy why are you guys stingy.
We arrived late; the staff received our after-coming luggage (delivered by the airline).
Nice, clean, luxurious hotel. Staff mostly all spoke English.
Our next part of our journey was a bus trip to Jiufen, and this hotel is perfectly positioned for catching this bus at its beginning stop, so we were ensured a seat on this bus.
We were allowed to leave our luggage in this hotel for FREE for the full week of our Taiwan travels, because we were coming back to stay at this hotel again.
Breakfast was extra, but cost Au$35 (so we did not pay this).
We sadly didn't have time to experience their swimming pool; maybe on our second night here.

The only thing i like is the location of the hotel and the housekeeping changing the slippers everyday
I felt like they put me in a dirty room with marks on the headboard not worth it for the amount i paid but nevertheless it was ok.
Nice hotel and staff. Very good location few minutes from the subway to visit taipei and bus station if you want to go to jiufen by bus. A very wonderful view from the poo (33 meters long)l at the top level.

È senz'altro una abitudine taiwanese, ma che i ristoranti dell' hotel non accolgano più clienti dalle 20.30, crea disagio per turisti europei. Il Bar sino alle 21.30 !!!!
Tenía el metro al lado del hotel así que aunque esté lejos del centro se llegaba pronto. Habitaciones cómoda .
