The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The rooms were soundproof en bathroom was wel designed both in style and layout. Enjoyed the rooftop swimmingpool for several days, it was really comfy. Big shout out to the housekeeping staff. Every day our room was spotless, and even the sweet lady that brought us the iron board wanted to make sure the cable was well arranged. I hope this message can reach the housekeeping team. Our checkout was smooth as well and the receptionist was accomodating. (Room 814)
The check-in experience was really bad. At 14:30 there is a big line for only 1 self check in at reception desk. There is another machine near entrance which nobody was informed about. Then staff randomly approach people just entering the hotel to go to that machine, while other remain waiting in line. We then went to the machine as well, and it crashed. Overall it took us over 30 minutes just to check in. In general the receptionists and concierge dont notice their guests like other 5 starts usually do. But overall im very happy to choose this hotel.
