硬體還行，服務員極差

我訂了2間房，到早上5點才入住，一間房沒到，我也是詢問一下是否能退一間或者換一間單床房，不然也給個折扣我都能接受！必竟一間連入住都沒入住，我也理解我自己訂的房！但我只是問一下，櫃檯就是一副吃定你的回答⋯⋯沒得談沒得換！這感覺很差，我也是2間都結帳了，下次不會在考慮這間飯店！外面還下著大雨，詢問是否有賣備品…也是只回答外面有全家..傻眼耶！我不是沒付錢，我還付2倍耶！我又不是當地人，我怎麼知道全家在哪！淋著雨出飯店左右邊都找！起床還發燒…真氣人

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Staff were so friendly, the room got tidied everyday, when we left for the airport me and my partner got given umbrellas that we didn’t have to return as it was pouring down with rain. Exceptional hotel and service!
