Pros:

Location was great. Near the theme parks but, easy to come and go from. Everything was clean. The staff was great. The rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The parking it limited. Though multiple entrances helps somewhat. Noise transfers between rooms. But, wasnt enough to hinder sleeping.

The continuous noise at night people running above us, slamming doors, the fact that i had to pay 20 dollars a night to park there wasn’t told this until i received the paper after i paid and read it, Which is crazy because of how much we paid to stay. Other than that the stay was good

Pros:

I liked the location, so much around you between not only discovery cove, aquatica, and Seaworld but also restaurants, pharmacy, and shops.

Cons:

The first issue we had with our room was the ac leaking, we mentioned it to a staff member who said they’d look into it but didn’t- it got so bad that it covered a huge area and was soaking wet, we were at the parks most of the days, but we eventually went to the front desk- who was helpful and moved us to a bigger room.

Breakfast wasn’t the worst, but wasn’t the best either- some times felt like leftovers from the day before.

The pool often had stuff floating in it, both bugs and tree debris and didn’t seem to be cleaned as often as it should- our upgraded room I did not find to be the cleanest, I found hair left in the shower.

They changed the initial hold on our card with no explanation, which still has not been returned.

The market in the lobby is highly overpriced but when we did use it, we got different prices depending on who in our party was buying it & attitude when mentioning that to the staff member. I will add tho that most of the staff was helpful and friendly.

Towels are hard to get here, we had 5 people in our reservation but only 3 were allowed even after requesting extras. Maybe bring your own if your staying here


I have stayed at neighboring hotels, and I do think they provide more value & a smoother, cleaner experience- but it was not the worst possible stay either.

This hotel is wonderful. Everything worked smoothly. Price, cleanliness, location were all excellent.
