Pros:

It’s affordable and the room is big with kitchen. Bed is comfy. Free shuttle to Seaworld.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE For Over Night Check in...wish i could leave Negative Rating

NOTHING I like They over booked this resort and I drove for several hours getting to the hotel with a child (age 7) getting to the resort at 11pm on 7/3/2026 only to find out that they cancelled my reservation with out notification. The front desk lady (who was not wearing any name tag or badge)stated that they cancelled the stay earlier in the day but I had stated that I just booked the resort at 5pm. The front desk lady stated well I don't know what to tell you we have notified booking.com and they should have notified me. I showed her my email and said the only email were confirmation for the stay. I also stated that I was a Marriott Rewards Member, and she stated that means nothing to her and didn't know what to tell me. I advised her that I had a young tired child in the car and she was like i am sorry there is no rooms available. Asked if there is any availability anywhere since it was July 3rd 2026, She stated no idea if there is any availability just to drive to each hotel in the area and ask. Poor customer service I will be emailing Marriott about this unprofessionalism.
