The room we were first assigned smelled strongly of cannabis but the front desk quickly assigned us another room. It all worked out well!

Die Sauberkeit und die Größe des Zimmers, die Nähe zu Sea World.
Zimmerausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit rostigen Handtuchhaltern im Bad und Rost am Badezimmerspiegel. Im Flur stank der Teppichboden sehr stark.Auf unserer 3 wöchigen Rundreise leider das schlechteste Zimmer. Pool ist nur 90 cm tief und kann zum Schwimmen nicht genutzt werden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten leider auch nicht sehr motiviert, die beim Frühstück dafür umso mehr.

The proximity to the Sea World parks is excellent.
One person working reception and running around handling other guest concerns, meaning it took 10 minutes of standing there with no help before we were greeted and got checked in. Reserved a room with a sofa bed. Upon getting to the room, no sofa bed--back down to reception, was informed that not all the rooms have a sofa bed. Understood, but I specifically sought out a hotel with a sofa bed to accommodate by family and selected the room WITH the sofa bed as I showed them on my reservation. Of course, they claimed all the rooms with sofa beds were sold out-- and the best they could do was provide flimsly roller bed. To make things even more miserable, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. If you are staying for more than one night--find another hotel.

Ponto negativo a limpeza, mal chegamos ao quarto o lava loiças estava com restos de comida, tivemos que pedir toalhas de banho extras pois éramos 4.
Nos 5 dias de estadia os lençóis das camas não foram mudados mesmo estando sujos.

The property was exceptionally clean . The staff are all friendly and helpful . Housekeeping is outstanding . Breakfast attendees were superb.
The pull out sofa bed is very uncomfortable . 4pm check in is very very late lots of people waiting for the rooms to bed ready . The open smoking of pot at the pool was very disconcerting . Need bacon and regular bread at breakfast .
The hotel has an excellent location. It's close to Seaworld, pharmacy, and places to eat. We walked to Aquatica. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Definitely, the breakfast. It didn't feel complete. let me explain: there were no individual yogurts and no variety of bread. I stayed for eight nights, and they served the same thing every time. There was no variety in the protein-it was always sausage. The could improve in this area.
