Ac was set at 65 but it was warm in our room
The stay was decent but not good for the cost; it was not worth the cost. Too expensive.
The cost was very high and not worth it given the poor customer service, uncomfortable beds, and rusted bathroom handles. In addition, it was challenging to find parking spots. The breakfast was not good, and it was difficult to find a place to sit for the family. The tables were unstable and rocked, spilling drinks onto the table. Also, someone came in inappropriately dressed, with their bottom cheeks hanging out around young children.

We did get a discount card that we were able to use a SeaWorld on purchases and food and they have discount tickets as well. Overall the place was nice and clean and quiet and breakfast was very good.

Staff was kind and welcoming.
AC didn’t work efficiently in the room. Clocks were set an hour behind causing us to miss breakfast and almost be late for checkout. The hallways outside of the room were humid and muggy.

Spacious room, great breakfast. Out of all the places we stayed in Orlando this was our favorite. I definitely recommend staying here than onsite.
