Best property near Mall Road.
Pros:

The Hotel location was far better than we expected. It was walking distance from Mall Road. The view from our balcony was Chef's kiss. You could see the Toy Train running as well. Would recommend 10/10.

Cons:

There was a problem with the key not working, which the staff helped resolve promptly.

Family room. It was not prepared well before check-in. After intimation, staff made all the efforts to make it good.
Family room facilities were not good.

I stayed with my family in this hotel in 2022 and had a good experience. However, their services deteriorated since. I recently hosted my recently married brother and his wife, and my guest complained of poor cleaning in the hotel room.
