Relaxing, wonderful venue and will be back
Pros:

The rooms, the view and the food was amazing.

Cons:

The bedroom was quite dusty around the bed frame and ceiling and the staff on the first night for dinner were not the best at managing a large group of people.

We really enjoyed staying in such a beautiful building in a peaceful location.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, the quality of the towels/toilet paper. It was fantastic to have the option of a bath or shower. The toiletries were lovely also.

Cons:

Our television didn't work. We reported it to reception yesterday and again when we were checking out today.
I didn't like the fact that there was a charge for some of the cooked items even though we had paid for breakfast anyway. Also, there seemed to be a lack of waitresses to clear the used crockery to make way for the hot food plates

Beautiful place, gardens , food and staff (with one exception. )
Pros:

The room was lovely and all of the staff I met were very pleasant(except see below). The Breakfast could have been a bit hotter but I understand that is difficult. Food in the bar in the was excellent.

Cons:

The only member of staff I encountered who wasn't pleasant and in fact was very abrupt was in the leisure club. I wanted to go for a swim, there were no instructions where to go and how to get in changing tooms. The member of staff I asked was not nice and as a woman travelling on my own I found this off putting.

Overall very happy, decent value for money and would go back for one or two nights
Pros:

Very clean, good food, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere

Cons:

Car park is always full and spaces are narrow (minimum spec I would imagine). Golf course seems to be constantly busy so parking can be difficult. Food (although very good)choices are limited and for a four night stay, you would need to dine elsewhere on a couple of nights.
