Staff gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e spaziosa, posizione buona per raggiungere la stazione del treno per l'aeroporto ed il centro

In camera mancava una scrivania che avrebbe fatto comodo. Il letto non era comodissimo ma il personale ha provveduto gentilmente un top a migliorare la situazione

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. In 2 Minuten kann man die Straßenbahn in alle Richtungen nutzen. Gute Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Rollatoreninhaber keine Möglichkeit ins Hotel zu kommen. Der Eingang ist nur über Treppen zuerreichen. Wir waren davon nicht betroffen - aber wer weiß, ob wir gesund bleiben.

War ein nettes Erlebnis, leider hat der Kalk etwas die Laune versaut.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Der Bademantel war auch sehr komfortabel. Es war Ruhig.

Cons:

Das Whirlpool war verkalkt und nicht gerade sauber. Musste einen Gang Wasser weg leeren um es halbwegs sauber zu bekommen.

Staff poco accogliente . Pulizia della camera pessima, polvere ovunque . Bagno senza finestra e senza ventola, poco posto dove appendere vestiti e accessori . Non c’era un appendino per gli asciugamani bagnati grandi .Asciugamano di ciniglia ! Colazione scarsa . Non ci tornerei e non li consiglierei

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und sehr zentral. Sehr gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr gute Einkehr Möglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Zentrum auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber.
Nachts leider sehr laut, wenn man zum Innenhof wohnt.
Frühstück war nicht gut, Brötchen zum Teil hart und trocken. Auswahl war mäßig.

The hotel was good. Clean room with all the basic things we needed. No tea pot in the room, but we asked for hot water at the reception desk. Breakfast was basic, but everything was fresh and tasty. You may reserve a parking lot for your car for additional cost
