Pros:

The spa and the grounds of the hotel very nice

Cons:

The food wasn't great for a 5 star hotel. No staff monitoring if food stations needing replenishing. 2 different cheeses only every other night.
There was no soup for a starter. Breads you had to be there early in the evening if you wanted any.
Main meals were either pasta pizza fries or mash potatoe or frozen veg with a beef or a lamb stew. Very bland. Deserts on the other hand were nice.
Breakfast they did have chefs waiting to make you a omelette but there was so many made up all ready and crispy fried eggs that had been in containers by the look for hours. They had pancakes all ready made up that had been there for a while and was cold.
Also no entertainment in the evening bar area no one in there. Very much a let down I know its early on for the season but still I think they could of done better.

Un Hotel para disfrutar en La Pineda
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bien pero faltaba más preparación en las tortillas del desayuno pero dentro de lo que cabe bien y el Súper Spa fue de lo mejor

La habitación y cuando la reserva es por booking no entra la bebida y la habitación muy cutre pedimos cambio porque la primera tenía escalones dentro de la habitación y sin balcón no se secaba el bañador y la segunda pequeñisima

El spa es muy grande y completo, dejan entrar a los niños y en general el hotel está genial

Cons:

El bar/restaurante de la planta calle tiene muchos sofás pero un sofá que es para 10 personas se sienta un matrimonio y ya no cabe nadie más, por dos veces intenté ir pero no había sitio, y gente casi no había pero está mal distribuido el sitio.

Un lugar al que volveremos periódicamente. Fantástica estancia.
Pros:

Las instalaciones excelentes. La habitación excelente. El desayuno de los mejores que he visto por la enorme variedad. El Spa y los tratamientos de salud y belleza magníficos y su personal muy amable. La bienvenida y los detalles constantes del hotel remarcables. Todo acorde a la catergoria del hotel. Excelente.

Excellent value
Pros:

We had a very spacious, clean room with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. I was very impressed by the large spa and my young son loved it too. The hotel buffet meals were excellent.

Cons:

The main reason I booked this hotel was the waterslides as my son loves those but they were not working at the time we visited.

He estado otras veces y el spa ha sido una experiencia agradable. Esta vez no, muchísima gente, muchos niños con flotadores, gente jugando a volley con unos manguitos... en vez de ser un sitio de relajación, parece el típico hotel de costa con piscina

Todo estuvo perfecto. El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza de las habitaciones amabilisimos, a destacar las chicas del buffet super serviciales y simpáticas. La comida excelente y el desayuno completísimo. 100x100 recomendable.

L hotel est bien mais semaine pas reposante du tout
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain bien équipée et très propre. Le personnel est tres bien et toujours a l écoute surtout ceux du restaurant, ils sont top.

Cons:

Les travaux tout autour de l hotel, notre chambre donnait sur la rue en travaux ( pelleteuse , decoupe de dalles...)et l hotel en face en travaux aussi et des gros travaux. Donc impossible de profiter de la terrasse et le matin réveillé au maximum a 9h. Dommage que l hotel ne nous prévienne pas ou ne fasse pas de prix spécial pour compenser. C était vraiment pas du repos.
Et aussi dans l hotel le seminaire de Rex Nordic de plus d'une quarantaine de personnes très bruyantes dans le restaurant, impossible de rester quand ils étaient présents. On a ete obligé d adapter nos horaires de repas en fonction de leur arrivée au restaurant. Dommage .
