No tiene la calidad de un hotel 5* no volvería a repetir
Pros:

El hotel está muy cerca de la playa, las piscinas están muy buenas para niños y adultos , el desayuno y la comida está aceptable

Cons:

La habitación no es cómoda, la cama es muy dura, el piso del baño tiene un problema de desnivel que hace que toda el agua y arena se quede estancada hasta el día siguiente que pase la responsable de limpieza. El personal de la recepción no pudo hacer cambio de habitación solo enviar cada mañana a la persona de limpieza. Y fue muy incómodo entrar a la ducha en la mañana con el agua estancada del día anterior

Cons:

El personal de recepción muy desagradable para empezar. Gracias a que el resto del personal después de varios años veraneando en el mismo sitio son como de casa. Cada año a peor para ser un cinco estrellas, que hay que pagar hasta para un vaso de plástico en la piscina como si estuvieras en un festival de música, alucinante. El precio en esta ocasión muy elevado para lo que verdaderamente es y cada vez más enfocado en el turista extranjero. Que no nos esperen que no repetiremos.

Una estancia de lujo en todo los sentidos
Pros:

El alojamiento fue simplemente impecable:habitaciones amplias,decoración cuidada al detalle y un ambiente que trasmitía calma y lujo.
Cada espacio estaba pensado para el confort,el personal siempre atento,laura,montse,maria,el equipo de cocina,su trato de primera marcó la diferencia en nuestra estancia,la gastronomía estuvo a la altura,
Sin duda un lugar al que me encantaría regresar,gracias por todo
