La camera ( accesibile per disabili) si presentava con componenti usurati, porta di difficile apertura/chiusura; odori sgradevoli in bagno e carenza di portasciugamani.
L'accoglienza e i rapporti con il personale sono stati buoni e cortesi.
Molto utile il parcheggio.

New year’ s eve at Hotel Anna
Pros:

We stayed in 31/12 . It was a pleasant experience . In the room we found some chocolates and a welcome bottle of prosecco . Very friendly staff . Clean rooms . Thank you so much to all the Staff ! And happy new Year !

Great location and very helpful staff
Pros:

Five-ten minutes by car from the city center of Sienna.The breakfast was plentiful and varied We had a decent sized room and it was nice and cool. My wife was a bit sick and they were super helpful. They gave us tea and lots of cold water and no extra charge.

La camera era spaziosa e l’hotel è situato in una posizione comoda. La persona che serviva la colazione è una persona squisita, dovrebbe stare solo un po’ più attento ad indossare la mascherina. L’ unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata: il signore della reception abbastanza scorbutico.

hotel in a good location for visiting the old town. very friendly and helpful staff who make an effort ... breakfast is OK. The room is a bit outdated but has everything you need, even a mini fridge and air conditioning. the bed is comfortable. Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Non era la prima volta che soggiornavo in questo albergo. E proprio perchè mi sono trovata bene ho deciso di tornarci nuovamente.
La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. Pulizia ottima.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ma soprattutto una colazione eccezzionale per me che amo i cornetti caldi ripieni di cioccolato e marmellata. Molto comodo per chi viaggia ed arriva o parte prendendo la superstrada con uscita o entrata a Siena Nord.
