Pros:

Staff was very helpful. For example we had to leave early just before breakfast was served officially but they opened doors so that we could take something. Excellent service!

Vi var helt nöjda med vår vistelse,vi var dock endast en natt.
Pros:

Helt okej ,vi kom för att shoppa och det var mycket billigare priser i Sverige jämfört med priserna i Finland där vi bor.
Speciellt då bränslepriset.

Cons:

Vi bokade bord i restaurangen till kvällen, man kunde redan i det skedet sagt till att om ni vill ha fönsterbord så säg skillt till om det.
Och om vi jämför prismässigt med hotell i Helsingfors eller Esbo i Finland där vi oftast bor så är prisnivån i Haparanda betydligt dyrare fastän Helsingfors är Finlands huvudstad,
så det for på den negativa sidan.

Mycket fint men klantigt med bokningen.
Pros:

Fantastiskt fint hotell med underbar museikänsla och perfekt läge.

Cons:

Jag och min gode vän hade bokat ett rum med två separata sängar men fick ett rum med dubbelsäng. Det tog 45 min innan vi fick ett rum som stämde med bokningen.
