Det var ett helt okej hotell i en småstad.
Pros:

Fin atmosfär. Läget bra.

Cons:

Frukosten var bra, men det var ofta slut på det som skulle finnas. Lite omständigt att ta sig till rummet först uppför trappa och sen lång väg till hissen och sen ner en våning för att komma rätt.

The old building is really nice and an attraction itself in a small town nordic like Haparanda

Cons:

I didn’t like the room, it was small and the bathroom was pretty nasty. Not in the sense that it wasn’t cleaned, but the sink and the shower weren’t in their “gold era”. They definitely need un update.

The room got nothing to do with the old, historical building that I naively supposed that we will stay, according to the information I got from booking. Instead we stayed in a new building that was buid some years ago.

Also, the restaurant and the bar were closed and the options around the hotel were poorly. Not a friendly location for travelers. Especially for those with kids.
