Pros:

Given the prices facilities and availability in Amsterdam, it's ok.

Cons:

Uncomfortable room where you have to crawl into bed which is basically a mattress on a high, hollow wooden construction. Inside through the wooden beams you can see the dirt and dust accumulating. In July it was extremely warm, no A/C available and only a half-broken fan that made more noise than air... Had I known, I would have booked a different accommodation.

Pros:

Treinstation was niet ver, vlotte verbinding naar Amsterdam.
Wel ruimte kamers.

Cons:

Heel zachte matras
Kamers voelen kil aan, op de foto's was de kamer meer aangekleed maar dit was in het echt niet zo
Geen airco
ontbijt was nooit om 8 uur klaar.

It was a good hotel but just a bit odd how it is split from the music side of the building.
Pros:

It was close to the train and easy to get to.

Cons:

If you have a room on the 4th floor it is interesting to get to. You need to go to the 3rd floor, pass through a series of doors then find the stairs or the lift. If you’re on the 4th floor and someone on the 3rd floor didn’t shut the door to the lift closed it won’t work and you need to use the stairs.

They had bed bugs. We discovered this at 1am so we had to switch hotels since they didn't have any other rooms available. Also, they agreed on a full refund but they now ghosted us.

Endroit très bien placé proche parking et moyen de transport.
Nous avions une chambre pour 3 personnes qui était bien pensé avec 2 salles de bains et 2 wc et une porte de séparation une grande terasse commune complète notre chambre.
Le personnel était agreable que se soit à l'accueil ou au bar.

Cons:

Manque une fenêtre ou clim car nous ne pouvions laisser la porte ouverte en cas de forte chaleur à cause de la terrasse commune

The train station is close.

Cons:

We were never able to eat at the restaurant, the hours made it difficult. It was also incredibly hard to find anywhere to eat near the property. Being on the 4th floor also sucked, because the elevator doesn’t reach it. It’s a maze with stairs and you have to carry your luggage up. This absolutely sucks. There are also tons of signs of wear and tear in the room, and it was incredibly hot.
