Lovely place if you know what is important for you
Pros:

Lovely location, there are a few shops and supermarkets around the hotel
The room was perfect for two people; it had a safe box and a refrigerator, just don't expect anything fancy
It didn't have an aircon, but the fan they provided was perfect for July + you can open windows
The staff at reception were nice and helpful

Cons:

I don't believe there were any major issues with the hotel, but if I need to pick:
It is a little bit confusing to navigate if you get a room on the 4th floor. When you get it right, it just clicks for you for the rest of the stay.
Not the biggest fan of their breakfast for the price they request.

De kamer zag er netjes en schoon uit en kwam overeen met de foto’s op Booking.com. Voor de prijs vonden we het in eerste instantie een prima verblijf. Daarnaast waarderen we dat de receptie het probleem direct serieus nam en ons verblijf zonder discussie heeft terugbetaald.

Cons:

Helaas ontdekten we bedwantsen in de kamer. We zagen ze over de muur lopen en hebben dit direct gemeld bij de receptie, inclusief foto’s. Het personeel nam dit meteen serieus en adviseerde ons om niet meer in de kamer te slapen. Omdat het hotel volledig was volgeboekt, konden ze ons geen andere kamer aanbieden.

De terugbetaling van het hotel was snel geregeld, maar via Booking.com werden we helaas niet goed geholpen. Daardoor moesten we zelf midden in de avond op zoek naar een nieuw hotel, wat veel stress opleverde en onze concertavond helaas heeft beïnvloed. Het is jammer dat we bedwantsen hebben aangetroffen, want verder maakte de kamer een nette indruk.

De locatie was goed.

De kamer was erg gehorig. Dit is aangegeven bij het personeel. Er werd een vergoeding toegezegd, maar deze is uiteindelijk niet gekomen vanuit de kant van het hotel.

Là pulizia perché per terra era veramente sporco; spruzzare tanto profumo ambiente non equivale a pulire. Lo staff era sempre scocciato o impegnato a fare altro. Non è un hotel ma un ostello che sia chiaro

De locatie, dicht bij een station en je bent zo in Amsterdam bij een park

Cons:

Nogal prijzig voor de kamer. Er staat om de kamer een ventilator, maar dat zal met hete dagen niet voldoende zijn.
De badkamer heeft een vochtprobleem, de vochtige lucht komt ie tegemoet wanneer je de deur open doet.
