Gute Lage, nettes Personal, aber Zimmer nein danke!

Service:
sere Koffer vor dem Check in bereits in einem Gepäckraum abstellen. Wir haben unsere Karte verloren und haben ohne Probleme und ohne Kosten eine neue Karten bekommen, sehr freundlich!

Lage:
Die ist gut, man hat mehrere Bahn Verbindungen die quasi direkt in die Innenstadt fahren, man hat einen Albert Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Zimmer:
Einfach unschön! Sporadisch wie sonst was eingerichtet.
Das Bett, kein Lattenrost, nur eine Holzplatte, die Matratze super weich.
Der Kühlschrank winzig klein.
Das Badezimmer naja, bei der Tür von der Dusche ist ein sehr breiter Spalt so das der Raum sehr nass wird, die Klobürste hängt nicht mehr an der Wand (Scheibe abgebrochen zu sein).

Kabel vom TV sehr kaputt, hatten Angst ihn anzumachen wegen Stromschlägen/Überspringen.

Es ist unfassbar hellhörig, so das wenn die Nachbarn normal reden man selbst das Gespräch mitbekommt.


Service:
Zimmer Service war oke. Einmal wurde gereinigt obwohl ein „bitte nicht stören“ Schild an der Tür Hang.

Gute Lage, mehr auch nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, Straßenbahn zur City schnell erreichbar, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. In der Nahen Umgebung gute Restaurants, teilweise mit Live Musik am Abend.

Cons:

Wer es spartanisch mag ist hier richtig. Schon beim Check in. kein Guten Tag, nur ein Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr (wussten wir, wollten nur die Taschen abstellen)
Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer, kein richtiger Schrank, Betten auf Holzbrett - das alles für den Preis - nicht akzeptabel. Wände zum Nachbarzimmer sind nicht gedämmt. Eine Auffrischung der Einrichtung wäre nötig.
Und das laut Webseite Frühstücksangebot - lächerlich. Kein Glutenfreies Brot ( erst nach nach dem 4. Tag machbar ) über Vegan reden wir erst gar nicht. Alles nicht sonderlich Abwechslungsreich.

Buena conexión de trenes, tranvía y bus con el centro y otras ciudades

Cons:

Limpieza bien y ninguna forma de reponer jabón de manos, tras 9 dias tampoco cambio de sábanas. Mucho jaleo en la calle los días de concierto
