Die Zimmer sehen auf den Fotos um einiges besser aus als wie was sie eigentlich sind! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unmotiviert. Wir waren am Mittwoch frühstücken und die Kollegen an der Rezeption haben uns anscheinend nicht eingecheckt obwohl wir schon zwei Nächte dort übernachtet haben... dadurch waren die Kollegen im Café sehr verwundert warum wir frühstücken... sonst ist es ganz okay weil es den Mitarbeitern eigentlich egal ist was man dort macht! :-)

La ubicación el primer dia me pareció complicado llegar, pero en realidad está a sólo 5 min en tren de la estación central. Enseguida coges el ritmo a los trenes y muy bien

El ascensor estuvo roto todos los días, tocaba subir 4 pisos con maletas, ni parece que lo vayan a arreglar

Odalar aşırı uzak. 4. Kattayız ve asansör çalışmıyor eğer birazcık daha fazla eşyamız olsaydı merdivenleri çıkarken ölebilirdik. Koridorlardaki halılar kokuyor ve ses yalıtımı çok kötü diğer odalardan gelen seslere uyanıyorsunuz. Ayrıca yerlerde boş mermer ve bize tek kullanımlık terlik bile verilmedi, lavabo girişte ve su geç boşalıyor etc. Asla tekrar gitmem

Hotel muy recomendable y más aun si cambian las almohadas.
Pros:

El edificio nos gustó mucho ya que combinaba varios usos y le daba vida al hotel más allá de los turistas.
La ubicación nos pareció muy buena ya que el barrio es muy agradable y estaba cerca de la estación y a 15-20min del centro.
El desayuno está bien y la zona de cafetería es muy agradable.
El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Las almohadas hicieron que nos despertáramos con el cuello agarrotado. Igual estaría bien combinar (una de cada) con las que son más rectangulares.
El montacargas hace ruido aunque no nos molestó para dormir.

Nice enough
Pros:

The hotel was a little further out of Amsterdam central however it is surrounded by a brilliant hub of shops ect. Amsterdam Muiderpoort station is 5 minutes walk away which takes you straight into Amsterdam centre. Or roughly a 40 minute walk.
There is alot of road works at the minute which affected the tram to the hotel so check before you book.
The staff were amazing. We was able to leave our bags when we arrived and checked in later on. There are no cups in the room but we was able to get paper cups from the bar downstairs.
The bed was huge and really comfy. Very low to the ground but no issue for us. Alot of plug sockets in the room too.
A strange lay out. We had a private bathroom which was a toilet & shower. The sink was in the main bedroom. There was a shower gel in the shower however we took our own.
Room had a small fridge and a safe plus hangers to hang our clothes. There was also a desk, chair & tv. We could hear a few people in the morning but overall very quiet stay.

Cons:

I was aware when i booked but there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room.
No full length mirror
When we had a shower it leaked into the main bedroom floor. The shower is not water tight. There is water marks already on the floor in the bedroom so i am guessing this in an ongoing problem
