A small jam close to the airport that feels home away from home
Pros:

The hotel was small with nice green plants around the pool. The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind supporting me with every wish I had.

Pros:

Great communication and we were due to stay on arrival as well as departure but our Ugandan Airways flight was significantly delayed so we didn’t use room and they refunded us even though they didn’t have to . Nice comfy rooms and lovely staff .

Lovely stay in Entebbe
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here at the end of our Uganda tour. The team is very friendly and welcoming, we got a free room upgrade and enjoyed the pool and the freshly prepared food. They also organised our shoebill tour and the transfer to the airport which both worked out very smoothly.

Cons:

If there is anything to complain, maybe that the beds are very soft - not to everybodies taste.

If not for the staff, it would be terrible.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful, particularly the lass at the front desk, and the room was clean.

Cons:

First of all, they wouldn’t accept my dollars even though I had gotten them whilst in Uganda. This then caused issues because there was no internet and I had no money in my bank account. I was able to resolve this but was less than ideal for me.
The whole reason I booked the place was because they accepted cash on arrival.

The massage therapist was not working so I could not receive the complimentary massage included in my booking. It was so loud throughout the night I did not sleep at all. And the restaurant doesn’t really serve Ugandan breakfast so that was disappointing. The AC unit also didn’t really put out cold air. Overall a bit of a nightmare. Paid a small fortune for an average room and mediocre breakfast.

Really nice place, tourism-ready
Pros:

-Awesome, friendly staff (including the driver)
-Easy check-in and payment
-Not that far from the airport and from the Lake
-Spacious apartment, very well equipped, safe and comfortable
-Nice balcony with table and chairs
-The bathroom was very huge and with good hot water
-The food of the restaurant is good quality and reasonably priced
-Quick and good laundry service

Cons:

-The AC was turning on-off infrequently due to the voltage controller. Not sure if this is really good for the machine, and of course it stopped the operation too for some time.

Good value hotel close to the airport.
Pros:

The food was very good, including the breakfast and the complimentary 30 minute massage was very professional (I know, I live in Thailand). Also the complimentary drop off at the airport was a nice gesture.

Cons:

The pool and the gym are very small, but it's okay for a short stay and shouldn't disqualify the place.
