Pros:

A week before arriving at the hotel, I specified the time I would like to be picked up, and the hotel confirmed the time. However, when the day of my arrival came, no one was there to meet me. In the end, I took a taxi from the airport, and the hotel staff reimbursed me for the fare, which made up for my initial negative impression.

There was also a power outage throughout the night and all morning, but they still prepared breakfast for me, including coffee.

Overall, the best thing about this place was the host, Patricia, who was very polite and did her best to help resolve any issues that arose. Many thanks to Patricia for her attitude and professionalism.

As for the hotel, it’s a good place to stay after arriving in Entebbe or before departing from there.

Una buona soluzione per Entebbe.
Pros:

Buon Hotel con servizio molto attento e premuroso. Dipendenti sorridenti e gentili. Ambienti puliti e servizi di ristorazione ok. Piscina mantenuta pulita e presenza di sicurezza che rende tutto tranquillo anche se non ce n’è bisogno poiché il quartiere è sicuro (come tutta Entebbe). Camere ampie con bagni grandi. Acqua calda senza problemi e wi fi sufficiente. Posizione un pò defilata e serve uber per spostarsi ma i prezzi sono irrisori (4€ per raggiungere il mall). Clima ok, zanzariere e tende sui letti anche se non abbiamo visto zanzare.

Well organised, pristine with a wonderful warm welcome.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The pick up from the airport was seamless. Esther was on hand to greet me on arrival lat at night and she made sure that I was comfortable and well fed during my short stay. Thank you Esther- your professionalism was really welcome

Pros:

This small boutique far from noise, transport pollution and even humans is a perfect place for a mini well rested vacations. The food especially that chicken soup was delicious and service was on time without delays. The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. All DSTV channels were accessible. I was pleased that the management was willing to offer me complimentary laundry services during the whole stay, due to a misunderstanding in my booking. The pool, little gym and Spa are other facilities which one can enjoy, rejuvenate. The staff were so friendly especially the 2 F&B servers who were my photographers...hahaha
Big shout out to the whole team!

Cons:

While the place is more relaxing, the bar does not serve any international cocktails. There were frequent power outrage due to the bad weather conditions, and while the hotel has a generator set on site, it makes too much noise. Furthermore, it is located just outside the Spa which will definitely makes a bad Spa experience for any guest. However, I was told that it is switch off in the event there is an ongoing treatment, but I assume this may effect other guests. who are watching televisions or simply browsing the net.
