Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé dans le coeur de Villavieja pour un depart pour Tatacoa... La abuela fut très gentille avec nous, très attentionnée. La chambre était propre mais l'absence d'eau chaude ou même tiède était rude... la piscine est un petit plus agréable.

Muy lindas y amables las personas que nos recibieron. Gracias quedamos con muy lindos recuerdos en este viaje. Muy recomendado los desayunos son deliciosos!!!!! Y ayudan si necesitas un guía local.

Pros:

The location is fine but when we arrived, they had no record of our Expedia booking. They then put us into a tiny room near the entrance, barely enough room for our luggage. My wife asked for an extra pillow and was told it was not possible. I then went and insisted and an extra pillow was reluctantly produced. The aircon is good and the wifi is fine but when booking, make sure you are confirmed and request a photo of the room so they don't put you into that shoe box.

Pros:

I had a great stay at Villa Deicer! The owner and the staff are wonderful and very helpful with areanging tours and transportation to the desert. The room was very clean and the pool was very refreshing.

Good hotel located in downtown
Pros:

The room was OK - private bathroom and clean but right on the street with late night noise. WiFi was advertised but not available due to "technical problems". Staff was very nice. They arranged for the tours we wanted (Observatorio and the "badlands" of the Desierto de Tatacoa) with no problems and reasonable rates. They also allowed us to clean our shoes from the mud accumulated at the Desierto in their back room.

Pros:

don´t know whose fault is, if expedia or the hotel, but although we had the confirmation booking nubmer, the hotel told us they never got the reservation from expedia and we had to look for another hotel...
