Great Location

Very nice place

The property itself is in downtown Ocho Rios, appartment individually owned. Stayed in A13 which unfortunately is right next to the pool restaurant which does play music well into the night at times. Description of appartment mentioned equipment such as hair dryer that was not working, several pieces of furniture were broken. We didn't need the aggravation so we left and had to book into another hotel. Owner did not offer any immediate remedial action. Would not go back.

The music poolside was loud and late nights
Take that after party upstairs closer to the dining area. Other than that, nice for price comfortable bed, clean and lovely stay

I like the location because it's walking distance to everything. The property was clean, staff was friendly and always greet you with a smile. Security is always there day and night. Easy access to the beach which is 2 minutes walking. Our room was clean and have all the necessary things I need. However, minor repairs is needed for our shower and the bed that's in the room. Overall, I enjoy my stay and will definitely go back.

The condo wasn’t worth the money I spend to stay there the kitchen was leaking water on the floor when it rain and also the livings area. The door lock wasn’t working properly.

The check in process was challenging and the room itself needed a lot of cosmetic repairs. Eveeything functional for sure just not pleasing to the eye. Overall, the location is prime, walking distance to everything. Amazing location just some renovation and a smoother checkin process needed.

Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!

Poor front service will never go back every worker on the property have the room entrance code

My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

Restaurant remodeling no all inclusive

The people who owned my room txtd my phone few days before trip. Hotel check in easy. Room modern kitchen stove fridge freezer microwave balcony clean just what i needed. beach directly behind hotel. Pool has a bar for purchase. Had my first coconut there. 10/10 will come again here forsure. Riu Ochi is soo far out the way in middle of nowhere neeed a car to get to town. This hotel is smack in middle of everything!!!!

Amazing hotel! If you want a spot that’s in town walkable to most places this is it. First time staying will definitely be back. Close too burger, kfc, craft market, the clock and also good vibes at night by the pool. Turtle park right across the street and great security at night time

The Pool is too small. Pls clean your rooms better! The Tv is to hard to use!

My review is honest and true to the fact, as a professional who was looking for a nice place to stay I never thought this place would turn out to be my worst nightmare. The person at the front desk have no experience in dealing with guests, it took four and a half hours for me to eventually get hold of the person who responsible to give me a code to unlock my room. No one was there to showed you how things operate in the suite, not even the WiFi . I was told to go checked under the cable box, the hurricane came not even a candle or emergency lamp was anywhere, no one came by to check on us knowing there was no electricity of Wi-Fi available, everything you need to know you had to call the property manager to find out and how can you do that if you can’t use your phone, the times I do get to talk to him I honestly can say he was very polite and pleasant but running a busyness the way they do, no one would ever want to rent from them a second time or even recommend to others to them, I felt as if I was a beggar, the experience was not a pleasant one at all. I would never recommend my college or anyone to stay in that place. I strongly recommend they took a course in how to operate a business and treat their guests, I have many colleagues who will be visiting the Island in a couple of weeks and ask for my opinion and recommendations and I will be directing them elsewhere.
