From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. This is truly one of those rare places that leaves a lasting impression long after you have returned home.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, perfectly located right on the seafront, with the most wonderful atmosphere of elegance, tranquility and relaxation. Waking up so close to the sea was simply magical. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and throughout our entire stay, everything felt effortless, comfortable and beautifully maintained.

What made our experience truly exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind. The level of hospitality was remarkable – professional yet personal, making us feel not simply like hotel guests, but truly cared for. This kind of service is rare and deserves special recognition.

And then there is the restaurant – an experience in itself.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour and prepared with exceptional attention to quality. Dining here became one of the highlights of our stay. The combination of wonderful cuisine, beautiful surroundings and impeccable service made every meal feel special.

There are many beautiful hotels, but very few places have that unique ability to make you genuinely sad to leave. This is one of them.

A spectacular seaside location, exceptional food, wonderful atmosphere and, above all, extraordinary people who clearly put their heart into what they do.

We left with beautiful memories and one certainty: we will absolutely return.

The view, the cleanness, the kindness of the staff

L’emplacement, le restaurant avec un petit déjeuner extra ordinaire et les plats, que ce soit du poisson ou de la viande tous très très bon. Professionnalisme des serveurs et sympathie de tous les employés.

Overall, we had a nice experience. First of all, almost all of the staff members were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating whenever communication allowed (more on this in the negative points below).
We really liked the location of the hotel. It is not particularly close to Heraklion city centre, which was actually what we wanted, but the city is still easily reachable by taxi at a reasonable price. There are also city buses available within about a 7–8 minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel has its own beachfront area with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. One thing worth mentioning—although I would not consider this a negative point about the hotel itself—is that the beach and sea were quite windy during most of our stay, with fairly large waves. If you are not a confident swimmer, you may not always feel comfortable swimming there. On the positive side, the breeze made the heat much more pleasant while relaxing on the beach.
We were given a corner room with a sea view, and the view was terrific. Being on the corner also meant that we got plenty of wind, which we personally really enjoyed. The room was comfortable overall, although it was showing some signs of wear and tear in places (more on this below).
Housekeeping was good and reliable. Our toiletries were replenished every day, and the bins were emptied daily, so we had no issues in that regard.
The balcony doors and windows also provided surprisingly good sound insulation. There was a restaurant directly in front of our room, but once the doors were closed, we could barely hear the music from outside. The air conditioning worked reliably throughout our stay and was not excessively loud.
Finally, their homemade lemonades and a soft drink called Cicada were highlights of our dinners. Some of the dinner dishes were also very tasty, although unfortunately our overall experience with the food was more mixed, as explained below.

Sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Halbpension mit sehr gutem 4-Gänge-Menü, auch abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Sushi und Hummer a la carte sehr gut.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Strand und Strandliegen sehr angenehm, jedoch in unserer Zeit viel Wind und Steine am Einstieg ins Wasser.
