Pros:

Very nice and cozy hotel. Smiling and helpful staff. The feeling throughout the stay was pleasant and peaceful. Advice for improvement - as with many other hotels, the weakest place is the bathroom. If you fix it, the hotel will be perfect !!!

The AC does not work. Was very hot at nights. The Wi-Fi was terrible.

5 star service in a 3 star hotel!
Pros:

Clean rooms, and very polite and extremely helpful staff. We had a problem with our reservation, but it got fixed in no time. They really aim to please their guests.
