整體稍微老舊，但整理得很乾淨。
隔音不錯。
早餐不錯。

走廊有類似菸味的異味。
老舊，可以看到家具稍微有點斑駁，天花板有黑斑，類似廣播喇叭的地方、捲筒衛生紙架釘子處也都生鏽了，看久了心情不是很好。
房間有除濕機，半夜滿水位會被嗶聲吵醒。
浴室若有水，穿紙鞋會很滑。

地理位子很方便，房間還蠻乾淨的，洗澡水壓很強，而且一開就有熱水

Cons:

雙人床是兩張單人床併在一起的，還一高一低，枕頭很扁兩個枕頭疊一起高度就差不多，浴室門是壞的關不起來，床尾有個大鏡子掛在牆上對著床。
