Suites are of good size.

Cons:

No soaps or toiletries. There showergel or shampoo dispenser liquid quality is just like a cheap quality hand wash liquid will water mixing.

The hotel location is good.

Cons:

The room has a strong, unpleasant odour, and the washrooms also smell very bad. Despite informing the reception, nothing was done to address the issue. The hotel service is extremely poor.

I had called earlier to request an early check-in, and the person who attended the call assured me that it would be arranged for an extra payment. I had also informed them of my arrival time. However, when I arrived, they denied this completely. I reached the hotel at 5 a.m. after an overnight flight, and only after a great deal of persuasion and a long wait was I finally offered a room at 8 a.m.

The manager of this property has no regard for customer service. He clearly needs training on how to handle guests and maintain cleanliness in the hotel. This property has given me the worst experience I have ever had, despite booking it through Booking.com.

I am very disappointed that Booking.com includes such a property on its platform. None of the staff are polite or trained in proper customer handling, and the manager himself sets a very poor example.

I strongly recommend that no one stay at this property.
