Super Unterkunft mit kleinem Abstrich
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer & gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer inkl. WC ist nur durch eine Glasschiebetür vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt. Privatsphäre gibt es hier dann kaum.

Mooi "aparthotel" netjes afgewerkt en schoon, enkele puntjes van aandacht.
Pros:

mooi gebouwde reuzenchalets met daarin appartementen. Wij hadden een "studio" voor 2 personen. Bed prima, uitgebreid ontbijt in het hoofdgebouw (< 1 min lopen) met 'live cooking' van eiergerechten, muesli, noten, verse wortelsap pers, uitgebreide selectie brood en beleg. Er is geen avondeten, wel kun je een pizza bestellen.

Cons:

koelkast maakte veel herrie, dus hebben we uitgezet 's nachts. Ook de schakelkast is gehorig. In badkamer ontbreken haakjes om zaken op te hangen, 3 kleine haakjes aan de deur is niet genoeg. Verder hadden wij op Booking gezien dat de auto in de garage geparkeerd kon worden "indien beschikbaar". Er was plaats, maar toch mochten we er niet in "want bij een studio hoort geen garageplek". Verbaasde toch wel gezien de eur 250/nacht, wat pittig is voor deze tijd van het jaar. Wij rekenen altijd op topservice als we topprijs betalen. Verder stond op Booking dat het ontbijt "eur 15 pp" zou zijn, maar het was eur 25 pp. Het viel mij reeds bij boeken op dat het verschil tussen mét of zonder ontbijt groter was dan eur 15 pppn. Wellicht een glitch in het systeem.

Świetne miejsce z pięknym widokiem, cisza spokój i znakomite śniadania.
Pros:

Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku. Wokół cisza, spokój i piękny widok na góry. Codziennie serwowane pyszne śniadania. Duży wybór i wszystko zawsze świeże. Dodatkowa na życzenie kucharz na świeżo robi jajecznicę omlet albo naleśniki dla dzieci. Świetny expres do kawy i wyciskarka do soków. Do śniadania można wziąć kieliszek szampana. Parking pod samym budynkiem lub w garażu podziemnym.

Staff ruined a nice trip
Pros:

Firstly Let me point out that I do not enjoy giving a negative review but this one has to be made. We arrived happily in Austria and to the AvenidA Suites which looked just what we were after. I had arranged for an early check in so that we could hit the slopes and explore the area which was approved by the hotel prior to arriving. Upon arrival we were told that there would be an half an hour wait for our room which was fine. We got some pizza and a drink and waited in the restaurant.

After an hour I asked what was happening and the receptionist got very aggressive, shouting at me saying early check ins weren't available. I explained that I had requested and it was approved and he got more angry and told us to go to the rooms and you can stay in it "uncleaned or not". His words. This made us all feel feel uncomfortable, especially my two children. There was no need for the aggression towards us at all, I was understanding but he was quite nasty about it. It made our stay feel uncomfortable as he was also serving at breakfast. It is a shame as the suites are nice and the area beautiful.

A polite word with your staff would go a long way. I do not expect to be shouted at and treated like this at any hotel.

Beautiful, modern hotel with exceptional breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful clean rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic breakfast - the local coffee was outstanding. We loved our stay.

Cons:

The location is a bit remote from the slopes so there is no ski in/ski out, but the hotel has a free shuttle. The center ski lift was a 4 mins car drive away, and the Gletscher Jet a 9 mins drive, so totally fine.

Pros:

Wir waren schon mal Gaste des Hauses, daher waren und die Vorzüge mit der großen Wanne auf dem Balkon bekannt.

Cons:

Der Hausleiter verhält sich leider alles andere als Kunden freundlich. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Eines mit eines ohne Frühstück. Wurde leider hier nicht anders angeboten. Auf unsere Frage hin, ob wir die 4 gebuchten Frühstück an einem Tag einnehmen können reagierte er sehr pampig. Auch bei anderen Anfragen wie ein kaputter TV kamen von ihm nur schnippische Antworten.

Schönes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage.

Cons:

Bei vier Tagen Aufenthalt keine Zimmerreinigung und keine frischen Handtücher bekommen. Kenne ich so nicht.
