La excelencia de todo el personal del restaurante , la confitería , el servicio de mucamas etc., gente con muchas horas de trabajo pero siempre respondiendo con amabilidad y una sonrisa genuina. Lo mismo que el personal de recepción.

Cons:

La conexión del WI FI en las habitaciones , nosotros estábamos en el 6piso y no nos pudimos conectar nunca.

El hotel en si es cómodo y enorme y tiene muchas actividades diarias si contratas all inclusive. Está limpio y el personal de limpieza es muy amable

Los ascensores son viejisimos, andan solo 2 para tanta cantidad de personas y por el estado en que están (se abren en cualquier lado, crujen,) a veces da sensación de miedo. Y además tenés que esperarlos muchísimo tiempo
La comida esperaba algo mejor, nada tiene mucho gusto y la verdura bastante pasada. Los del comedor las veces que me acerque se peleaban entre ellos, y quejaban de tanto caudal de gente, se lo veía constantemente irritados, nada simpáticos. Las sombrillas del Solárium...tener mucho cuidado. Se voló una porque estaba vieja y rota y alguien la dejo abierta y me golpeó fuerte en la cabeza. Nadie controla eso cuando hay viento. Había mucha gente mayor, niños y bebés. De milagro no paso nada trágico. (Escuché. Alos mismos empleados comentar no es la primera vez que alguien se lastima con esto)

Hola casi que no venimos muchos comentarios negativos y nada que ver pasamos una estadía hermosa. El personal súper amable!!! El all inclusive súper completo comes y tomas todo el día 😂. la habitación con balcón a la vista del mar. Un 💯 en lugar
