Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Park Inn in Amsterdam. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located, and the overall experience was excellent.

I would especially like to thank Khrystyna at the reception for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. She was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, and she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and attention to guests really made a difference.

Thank you to the entire team for the great service. I would definitely recommend Park Inn and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Cons:

Το στρώμα δεν ηταν καθόλου καλό. Κάθε πρωί ξυπνούσα με πόνο στη μέση. Το πρωινό 5 μέρες ήταν το ίδιο χωρίς καμία αλλαγή στο μενού. Επιλέξαμε διπλό κρεβάτι και μας έβαλαν δύο μονά. Για να μας καθαρήσουν το δωμάτιο έπρεπε να το ζητήσουμε και κανένας δεν μας ενημέρωσε. Το νερό στο μπάνιο δεν είχε σωστή ροή με πίεση.

Pros:

Struttura bella ed appariscente.Stanze comode e spaziose. Bagno comodo .Colazione abbondante .Parcheggio sotto albergo con ascensore che ti porta alla reception.Bello anche il bar/ ristorante all’ultimo piano con veduta panoramica.

Cons:

La posizione forse un lato negativo , ma comunque vicino alla metro al bus ed al tram,che in 20 min ti porta al centro

An average hotel, great breakfast but location was a little remote.
Pros:

Room size was good with high ceilings. Fantastic breakfast with Prosecco and great coffee machines.
We liked the availability of water by reception to refill our bottles. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and lots of space.

Cons:

The rooms felt basic, no particular luxury to it. Location wasn’t close to the city centre. I think I overpaid in hindsight compared to other hotels on our trip.

Medium hotel.
Pros:

Good value for money & near train station.

Cons:

Ac not working all time, I need to call front desk to open ac always & that is not comfortable.
Bed sheets wasn't clean, pillows not comfortable.
