L’hôtel est superbe et possède une proximité des transports au top.
Pros:

La proximité de la gare et du métro. L’amabilité du personnel. Les bornes de check-in et check-out sont très utiles, cela évite les files d’attente pour l’entrée et la restitution de la carte.

Cons:

Seulement le manque d’un fer à repasser.

Pros:

Your service is unacceptable. You have taken money from my account without my knowledge — not once, but twice. A total of $580 has been deducted, and I have no idea why.
I already checked out of the hotel properly and left. There is absolutely no valid reason for these charges. Yet you still charged me twice.
This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I demand a full refund of my $580 immediately. If you are a trustworthy and professional company, you need to fix this situation without delay.

Tråkigt läge - men det går tåg till centrum…
Pros:

Fint och fräscht på alla sätt.

Cons:

Läget var lite trist. Inga trevliga omgivningar. Personalen i baren och restaurangen verkade vara väldigt oerfarna, utom en. Och det blir svårt för den personen med 3-4 medarbetare som inte kan någonting. Och det blir lite fånigt när man frågar om man kan äta och personen man frågar börjar med att kolla i datorn… och det fanns ingen annan gäst just då… Och till slut dyker personen som kan något upp och då får den ta över. Hände flera gånger… Svårt att få en bra känsla för stället som gäst då!

A 5mn à pied de la gare pour un trajet de 5mn en train pour arriver au centre d'Amsterdam !
Des petits déjeuners fabuleux ?

Cons:

Aucune traduction en français.
Un peu déçu par les plats du dîner, cela pourrait être amélioré pour certains, par exemple un peu plus de poisson dans le fish and chips !

Wir würden wieder kommen wenn wir nochmal erwägen nach Amsterdam zu reisen.
