Merkezdeydik ve temizlik iyiydi

Cons:

Konumu merkeze yakın olduğu ve odalar her gün düzenli temizlendiği için bu konuda memnun kaldık. Ancak yaşadığımız sorunlar nedeniyle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Rezervasyonumuzu 2 yetişkin ve 5 yaşındaki çocuğumuz için yaptık. Otele vardığımızda, çocuğümüzün doğum gününe yaklaşık bir ay kaldığı gerekçesiyle günlük ekstra 10 € ödeme talep ettiler. Çocuğumuzun resmi olarak hâlâ 5 yaşında olduğunu söylememize rağmen, “doğum günü çok yakın olduğu için 6 yaş sayılır” diyerek bizi ikna etmeye çalıştılar ve ek ücreti ödemeden odaya giriş yapamayacağımızı söylediler.

Bunun üzerine Booking.com müşteri hizmetleriyle iletişime geçtik. Booking, çocuğumuzun yasal olarak hâlâ 5 yaşında olduğunu doğruladı ve otelle görüştü. Yaklaşık 1 saat süren bu süreç tatilimizin daha ilk anında moralimizi bozdu.

Ayrıca rezervasyonumuz kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen çocuğumuz kahvaltıya dahil edilmedi. Otelde kahvaltı salonu bulunmuyor; kahvaltı odadaki buzdolabına bırakılıyor. İçerik ise yalnızca iki yumurta, iki dilim ekmek, iki peynir, iki reçel, iki bal, iki domates ve iki meyve suyundan ibaretti. Üç kişilik bir aile için bu yeterli değildi. Açıkçası “kahvaltı dahil” yerine dışarıda kahvaltı yapmayı tercih ederdik.

Bir diğer konu ise otelin limana çok yakın olması. Sabah yaklaşık 05.00’te gemilerin gelişi nedeniyle ciddi bir gürültü oluyor. Bunu yorumlarda okumuştuk ve maalesef doğru olduğunu deneyimledik.

Genel olarak otel temiz ve merkezi bir konumda. Ancak müşteri yaklaşımı, yaşadığımız gereksiz tartışma ve kahvaltı konusundaki hayal kırıklığı nedeniyle tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyoruz.

Pros:

The stuff members were amazing, they helped us with everything like making reservations for the restaurants or checking in earlier and accepting our luggages after checking out. They were very kind to us. And the location is very close to everywhere in the town.

Cons:

The shower cabinet was half open that’s why the floor was getting wet each time and the curtains were snapped.

Pros:
