Pros:

駅からは徒歩10分強、メイン通りから少し脇に入った位置にあるためとても静か。コンビニやコインランドリーも近くにあり便利でした。
内装は少し古いですが、室内は清潔で使いやすく、店員さんも親切でした。

林森北路沿いを少し入ったところにありますが
本当に静かでコンビニ、コインランドリー、有名な朝食屋さん、居酒屋も多く朝市で有名な雙蓮も10分くらいで行けるので最高です

外観はリニューアルされていますが、、、
Pros:

外観はリニューアルされていますが、部屋は50年前にタイムスリップです。
エレベーター、廊下は暑く、部屋も同じでした！
窓無しですが、一人でゆっくりするには格安だと思います。
夏は最上階の7Fは、避けた方がイイと思います。

Pros:

It is very good price consider the location, so you need to lower your expectation. Cleanliness, room condition…just lower your expectation.
They have a coffee machine in the reception which is very cool.

今回初めて４泊しました。立地の良さと安い宿泊費で選びましたが、口コミ等読んであまり期待しては居ませんでした。期待通り？ガタのきたエレベーター、平均以下の部屋でした。
しかし、早めの到着にも関わらず気持ち良く受け入れて貰い、又４日間の出入りの際のスタッフの対応は、どのスタッフも大変気持ちの良いものでした。
チェックアウトの際も、荷物を気持ち良く預かって貰い、4泊とはいえ、最後は手を振ってのお見送りでした。
部屋がもう少し良くなればと思いつつ、機会が有ればまた利用しようと思います。
MRT中山駅や隣の新光三越（鼎泰豊が有る）、NRT双蓮駅から寧通夜市や迪化街へも歩いても行けなくは無い立地は大変便利です。

部分的に和風なところが見受けられる面白いホテルです。
スタッフの方がみんな笑顔でとても親切でした。
高級ホテルではないのに、ウォッシュレット（洗浄便座）が付いているのには驚きました。
台湾にはほとんどないのでいつも困っていましたが、初めてです。
立地は、中山北路と林森北路の間なのでとても便利な場所で、MRTとバスを使えばどこでも行けそうです。
宿泊料金を抑えたい人にとっては、お値打ちなホテルだと思います。
