最悪のアパート
Pros:

ありません。

Cons:

これまで何百カ所も宿泊しましたが最悪でした1 こちらから家主に電話連絡をして、問題点を解決して頂きたいと話しているのに、一方的に電話を切られて、その後家主からは何の連絡も無し。
2 WiFiの信号が弱く、速度も遅く、文字情報さえも送受信できませんでした。
3 夜シャワー中にお湯が出なくなり、冷たい水になったので、風邪気味になってしまった。

Comfortable, convenient, and full of Old Town charm—highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Residence St. Havel Prague Old Town. The location was excellent—right in the heart of Prague's Old Town, within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.
The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the historic charm of the building while still enjoying modern amenities. Despite being in a busy tourist area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and provided a relaxing place to rest after a day of sightseeing.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and many beautiful streets and landmarks nearby.
Overall, Residence St. Havel Prague Old Town was an excellent choice for our visit to Prague. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city center.

Location was perfect, space was incredibly big and well cleaned, instructions and access were made very easy.

Cons:

Wi-fi was extremely week, kept losing the signal and couldn't make tv work properly.

Bona opció al centre de Praga, a 3 minuts a peu del rellotge.
Pros:

Esmorzar normal, just al costat de l'apartament. El millor de tot la ubicació. No hi ha personal d'atenció, tot va per email i codis accés.

Cons:

Res en concret. Ja sabiem abans d'anar-hi que no hi hauria personal d'atenció, però cal estar-hi predisposat.

Empfehlenswert mit kleineren Mängeln
Pros:

Schöne Wohnung, sehr groß geräumig, gute Betreuung , da ein kleines Büro im Haus mit Ansprechpersonen besetzt ist.

Cons:

Die Terrasse ist durch die vielen Tauben, sehr dreckig und konnte kaum genutzt werden. Wenn man bei der Wärme die Fenster Nacht geöffnet lässt, ist es bis zum Morgen ( 4.30 Uhr) sehr laut durch die Touristen. Das anliegende Hooters war nie laut, da es pünktlich schließt.Die Matratze ist leider sehr durchgelegen im Doppelbett.
Wir würden es trotz der genannten Dinge wieder buchen.

It’s spacious and near the old town center as well as near the other center so it was quick and easy to get around and the beds were really comfortable

You have to walk through an alley to get to it but the country’s safe so it didn’t really matter
