Not a Five Star Hotel.
Pros:

This is not a five star hotel, three stars at best. Although the front desk staff is attentive and helpful, management needs to be overhauled. The room was in need of a refresh and not cleaned to five star hotel standards. Housekeeping did the best job possible with the condition of the room as it was. A very popular hotel for the overnight bus tour crowd.

Cons:

The problem we discovered was a water leak. The carpet was soaking wet and the solution was to lay down towels. It was evident from the condition of the carpet and the dehumidifier, this problem was known to management but ignored. Since we were staying for five nights, we requested a different room. Management needed to approve our request. They were totally indifferent, did not apologize or at best, offer us an upgrade for our inconvenience. My recommendation is to find lodging elsewhere. Avoid this hotel.

また泊まりたい良いホテル
Pros:

機械でのチェックインは早くて快適でした。龍山寺にほど近く、飲食店もたくさんありました。スターバックスコーヒーも入っていて、帰ってきてから一息つけるのもよかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターがなかなか来ない事があり、少しだけ気になりました。
