只有態度好，地點好。其他都不好，不符五星標準。
Pros:

1.住宿地理位置絕佳，鄰近巨蛋看演唱會方便。
2.工作人員服務態度很好，會幫忙叫車。
3.房間大小OK，房間內有附免費小點心、飲料及膠囊咖啡。

Cons:

1.無法準時入住，雖可延後退房但行程都安排好了不方便。
2.房間衣櫃拉門難開；其中一邊還壞掉無法開，硬開的結果是指甲折到。打了三通電話到櫃檯皆無人回應。
3.各設施環境已老舊，未修繕。房間廁所鏡子多處退銀，化妝鏡裂開。
4.床鋪塌陷且過軟。整體房間有霉味、網路慢、燈光昏暗。
