Burada dördüncü kalışım son kalışlarıma göre daha iyi bi hizmet aldım ancak otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Maalesef su kaynaklı duvar ve kapılarda aşınma var. Klozette kireçten epey kirlenmiş. Bir de yaz akşamları aşağıdaki düğün salonundan çok ses geliyor.

Hiç memnun kalmadık, hiç temiz değildi odanın her yeri toz içindeydi , banyo ve tuvalet kötüydü, yerde saçlar vardı. Kahvaltı fena değildi. Ulaşım için yeri iyiydi.

Bütün oda kokuyordu. Kanalizasyon kokusuyla uyumaya çalıştık. İğrenç bir denetim sistemi. Odalarını kontrol etmiyorlar mı?

Kuş uçmaz kervan geçmez bir yer, binanın girişinde kimseler yok, otel 6.kattaymış etrafa sordum da öğendim, girişte hiçbir yönlendirme koyulmamış, yetkili biri de yoktu.

19.00 civarı giriş yaptım, mutfak kapalı yiyecek birşey yok. Alkol yok, dışarıdan da getiremediler. Sıfır memnuniyet anlayışı.

Kapıların kilitleri asla güven oluşturmadı.

Sifon da bir çalışıyor bir çalışmıyor vaziyette, kliması sorunlu.

Özetle otel tam bir fiyaskoydu. Asla ödenen fiyatı haketmiyor, parayı sokağa atsam içim daha rahat olurdu.

Tek iyi tarafı sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi.

Havlular perdeler herşey ile sigara kokusu sinmiş örtülerde sigara yanığı var kahvaltı dışında çok kötü bir deneyimdi parasını kesinlikle haketmiyor

This hotel is not what you expect it is in the middle of an Industrial estate there is no where to walk to it comprises of a couple of floors which contain mediocre rooms which are very tired. & not particularly clean. The bathroom has bad plumbing problems with terrible smell coming from the toilet, no kettle in the room , no ironing facilities in the room, safe did not work room overlooking a wedding party area which had loud noise at night. Would not recommend.

Location of Hotel is in middle of Industrial estate nothing is local bars etc. Hotel has no bar & very basic rooms which all smell of smoke do not recommend

We had a guest visiting from another country, and while he was maybe happy with the hotel and its services, I, as the one arranging the accommodation, had some concerns. The payment method of the hotel left much to be desired. Normally, when you check in, you pay a small amount upfront and settle the rest upon checking out. However, the hotel staff insisted on multiple upfront payments, calling us each time to demand payment. This happened three or four times since our arrival, which was quite frustrating.

One of his staying day , despite informing the resepsion in advance that our guest would being in late, I still received a call at 02.00 a.m (midnight) asking where our guest was staying. It seemed as though they suspected our guest had tried to escape or something.

In my opinion, as a company representative working in the Ostim region, I cannot recommend this hotel. I cannot speak to the satisfaction of our guest, but based on my own experience, I would suggest considering other options.

The customer service is great but this place is very dirty. I wouldnt stay here again. They need to renovate their furniture

İş merkezi içinde yer alan otelin otapark girişini bulmak zor. Kahvaltısı sıradan ve basit. Yanınıza terlik almanız iyi olur

La propreté est exceptionnelle (aucun poils ou autre sur les draps ou couvertures) Merci aux personnels. Également, le Petit dejeuner est très bon, ainsi que le service. J'ai été très bien accueilli par Asli et Serhat

Benim için mükemmel bir konaklama oldu. Kaldığım oda çok temizdi ve hiçbir eksiği yoktu ayrıca kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Otelin teras bölümünde oturmak da ayrı bir keyifliydi. Ankara'ya yapılacak olan seyahatlerde tercih edilmesi gereken otellerden biri.

Tertemiz, konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltısı da oldukça iyiydi. Her açıdan memnun kaldım.

Fevkalade harikulade bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Gerçekten kalitesi gözle görülür bir otel
