La cuisine : carrelage manquant, vaisselle peu propre, éléments rouillés, négligence des détails comme partout en Égypte. Interrupteurs électriques pendants, ascenseur sale. Manque de restauration.

Kitchen was unusable. Cutlery was rusty. We didnt feel that we can cook a meal in there. Kitchen door handle was broken so we just kept the kitchen door closed most of the time.

We stayed in apartment 9, on the 4th floor. Although the view was brilliant, it wasn’t an easy decision to go up or down the stairs with kids (or groceries).

Maintenance can only be done during working hours (9-5). If your air conditioner stops working at 8pm (ours did), they wont help you before the day after.

You get what you pay for.

The apartments available on booking are on level 5 - with no elevators. Not suitable for a wheelchair or people with disabilities or mobility issues.
The hostel is far away from the centre 30 minutes away by car.
No elevators and far away from the centre, we ended up staying in the hostel the whole period.
No washing machine was available.
There were a restaurant named Sultan Palace or Qasr Sultan he served me a spoiled fish which was a horrible experience, try to avoid this restaurant.

There are no services at all for the apartment, just a trash collector one time a day... No elevator, you have to carry all your bags upstairs 4 or 5 floors! not suitable for old visitors.. the furniture is so old and not clean as expected in the pictures,the kitchen tools are not clean, and some of them have corrosion signs on it. The bathroom plumbing is very poor and full of faults. Some of the windows produce a lot of noise because of broken/cracked glasses. This apartment is not suitable if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

No elevator while the apartment is in the 5th floor

The AC wasn't working properly

There was a mosquito net on some of the windows only not all

The apartment is too old and need new furniture

The beach and the sea wasn't clean at all ... Despite good reputation that made us book for vacation. The showers on the beach aren't working except few. Very offensive odour in the WCs

It's totally very low value for money.. with almost same amount I could have gone to better place

You have to pay for everything there and it's nothing like the images
