Cons:

Noise from the street, not the hotels fault but it does impact guests stay at the hotel
There is a weird thing happening when we ordered the Cayeye for breakfast and were told they were only one available both times. It felt like we couldn't order 2 of the Cayeye even though most people at breakfast had 2 at breakfast. It was just weird it happened twice.

Hay mucho ruido en la noche porque hay lugares de fiesta cerca, deberían tener siempre tapa oídos. Nosotros no pudimos dormir bien la primera noche y luego nos consiguieron tapa oídos

The staff was suuuper friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was quite good. The room was much bigger than I expected. Before arriving I had travelled a lot, so I was happy with the (paid) laundry service they offered. Location was perfect, close to the square, but still it was quiet enough in the evening and at night.

Es una bobada, pero mejorar la calidad del aire acondicionado, no sé si es muy antiguo o se trata de algo de mantenimiento, es un poco ruidoso y para que enfríe nos tocaba activar el turbo

La atención y las intenciones; el personal fue super servicial, Melissa y Deimer nos ayudaban con una sonrisa a la hora que necesitábamos algo, fuera de noche o madrugada. El hotel es hermoso!
