Pros:

What appeared repeatedly in the comments when I was researching this hotel was the service. And now we know why! A wonderful owner who knows every single guest. The entire team, from the hotel and restaurant managers to the front desk and staff — five-star hotels should come here for training. Absolutely phenomenal!!! We didn't feel like we were in a strange place for even a moment — it felt more like visiting family. This hotel deserves all the praise. On top of that, the location and surroundings are simply perfect.

Cons:

The only thing we're not happy about is the length of our stay — we should have definitely stayed longer than 5 days!

We wished we could stay longer. A great location to relax and enjoy.
Pros:

Great location, very nice breakfast, very nice restaurant, parking option. Especially the staff was very kind and helpful (and especially thanks to Maya). Beach option was also very nice.
