Lovely place in Tomsk
Pros:

Small nice and friendly hotel in a quiet typical old wooden Siberian neighborhood.
On hot days in Jul or Aug you can book a room with Aircondition for addition small amount.
Breakfast is served in your room,as they don't have a dining area.
