Nice hotel for people who like to hike and discover the beautiful area of Obertauern.
Pros:

The hotel is located across from the gondola, which goes up the mountain. This is ideal for hikers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The village of Obertauern is within walking distance, about 20 minutes.

Cons:

The room felt a bit dated and old. The couch in de room took up more space than it was useful for. The toilet was a bit crooked. The closet doors, if opened, blocked the entrance to the room and the bathroom. The total price of the room felt a bit high for what we got.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to walk up in the Alm and enjoy the views. The Johannes waterfall is very close and it is definitely worth visiting. Spar grocery store is only 4 mins drive and is open till 1p.m. during the weekdays. Also, Talstation restaurant offers a delicious Austrain Kaiserschmarrn!

Cons:

While we were staying (mid July) the area itself looked so quiet that it was a bit unpleasant to be out in the evenings. Besides that, there was some building in process and the noise from the building machines was not the one we wanted to hear :(

Très confortable et bien équipé, d'autant plus qu'on l'a payé 136€ la nuit

Un chouille vide à cette période de l'année (été) comme tout le reste du village d'ailleurs donc un peu triste

Все було чудово! Прекрасне місце! Класний готель! Неймовірні зорі в небі! Плануємо приїхати на більш тривалий термін, щоб насолодитися природою!

Cons:

Ніде не було вказано, що за собаку буде стягнуто 25 евро. Чому б одразу не написати це, щоб всі витрати були зрозуміліші для подорожуючих?

Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gute Lage

Cons:

Personal war unfreundlich, unaufmerksam. Frühstück war ein Reinfall! 20€ zusätzlich pro Person extra und dann waren um 9 Uhr Saft, Joghurt, Croisssants und Pancakes leer. Es wurde auch nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Das restliche Frühstück war alles andere als üppig.
