Perfect for a family ! Country club like facilities
Pros:

Fantastic fitness facilities — great equipment and very good classes. A good restaurant/cafe on site. Indoor and outdoor pools during the summer —- thought the outdoor pool gets crowded in the summer .
Comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Parking included. Not central in Chicago but it’s only a 10-15 minute drive or taxi ride to downtown, or the Lake front . Perfect for us as it’s 10 mins drive from my local family’s house.

Great place to stay with family. Lots to do in the building itself. Full access to the facilities. Rooms are great.
Pros:

Great hotel. Definitely be staying here moving forward when visiting chicago. If you want to avoid downtown and have access to the north side this is a great spot.

Cons:

Parking is a little annoying but it is everywhere in chicago.

Loved it.
Pros:

All the amenities. Having a restaurant on site. The fitness facility was exceptional . Great class options. Nice market within walking distance

The property is perfect, nice and clean

Cons:

the staff are completely incompetent and can't do simple things. We booked three rooms for three people, and when we checked in, we immediately said that each person would pay for their own room separately. When it was time to check out, the girl didn't know how to do this, so she charged the entire amount to one card. It took her over 40 minutes to split the bill! We had to reschedule our business meeting because we were already late due to this situation.

Great amenities with outstanding staff.
Pros:

The customer service was outstanding. Personnel were genuinely respectful and courteous and kind. I liked how modern and clean the room was and enjoyed the comfort of the pillows and sheets and bed. Room temp control was a little difficult. But that was the only thing to note.
