Pros:

床很好睡，很容易快速入眠。離傳藝中心很近，可以好好逛街。晚上傳藝中心點燈後，也可以好好拍照。適合愛拍照的人來住宿。

清潔度不佳，客廳沙發灰塵很多，浴室角落跟水龍頭都有發霉生鏽痕跡，冷氣運轉聲音過大，剛開啟時味道重，感覺裡面濾網沒有做清潔

早餐非常有在地特色，品質非常好．且提供較早用餐旅客延遲退房的服務 給個讚
住宿區鄰近傳藝中心可深度遊覽傳藝中心各種活動 要前往冬山河玩水也很近 建議一次住個兩晚
原本擔心的蚊蟲問題也沒想像中的嚴重 傍晚房門都會掛上蚊香（建議可使用草本艾草蚊香 而非傳統綠色化學蚊香 更符合園區古典氛圍）
七逃間（遊戲室）雖然設備簡單 但出入都需要房卡 且有完整監視設備 安全管理上給個讚

運送行李車開得跟飆仔一樣 禮讓旅客成了奢望
唯一晚上夜訪的活動應該是飯店特色營造最佳時機 但可能忘了給員工加班費 旅客像被一群著急趕入羊圈的羊 體驗感極差
活動內容設計較適合大人 對於國中以下的小朋來說沒啥體驗感
住宿區外打掃頻率較低，一個被丟置在景觀牆上的飲料杯 早上用餐到中午出門還是在那邊曬日光浴

蠻驚豔的地方，在一片綠地中住古早味的房子，早餐也好吃，唯獨冷氣真的該修理了。
Pros:

早餐真的必吃，很少吃到種類又多，每道菜都好吃的早餐了。

Cons:

不知為何1207房的臥室冷氣忽然變成最大風量，風聲大到會驚醒的程度，聲音一陣一陣又持續一整晚，風量開到最小又加舒眠也沒用，導致根本睡不好。
