La struttura confortevole, abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla ma a nostra sorpresa ci hanno assegnato due stanze comunicanti con 2 servizi.E' stata una piacevole sorpresa.staff qualificato e molto disponibile.

Pros:

Находится в самом центре. Огромный номер с 5-метровыми потолками в старинном доме. Есть кулер, кофе-машина, чайник и даже вино. Вкуснейшие завтраки. Вышколенный милый персонал. Благодаря отелю впечатление от Мальты вдвойне отличное. Прекрасные туалетные принадлежности, отличный тропический душ, чистота и тишина. Идеальный выбор!

Cons:

Минусов нет. На заметку: чекин и завтраки происходят в соседнем здании Roselli, а AX Saint это бутик-отель, отдельное здание рядом.

Das Hotel ist in höchstem Maße sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind erstklassig ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die moderne technische Ausstattung trägt zu einer komfortablen Arbeits- und Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei.
Hervorzuheben ist zudem das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice wurde ich jederzeit herzlich betreut. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Teams sind wirklich nicht zu übertreffen.

Major disappointment
Pros:

Centrally located in Valletta — but that is about the only positive. The hotel is surrounded by three extremely busy outdoor terraces with loud music, one of which is the hotel’s own gastropub.

Cons:

We booked a comfort room, and were offered an upgrade. As this room was street-facing, right next and above the noisy terraces with loud music, we declined it. We were then shown our originally booked room — and we were shocked. It had no windows to outside, only two windows facing a glass-covered atrium. There was a strong food smell from the gastropub, the room was tiny, and completely out of proportion to the price we paid, and not for 5 nights. Back to the reception, upgrade was gone to another couple. After strongly insisting, we were offered another upgrade — this time on the first floor above the pub (room 102). Given the alternative, we accepted it under the promise that it would be quiet outside after 11 p.m. The room had sound proof doors to the balcony that blocked most of the noise, but there were no windows in them, so the room was extremely dark. The mattresses were hard. The bathroom lighting was poor, and the interior felt cheap. The lighting system was controlled by a complicated illuminated touchscreen next to the bed, which was frustrating to use. Noise from the pub below — especially chairs being dragged — continued until 1 a.m.After two bad nights we asked for another room. For the last two nights we were moved to a room on the fifth floor at the back with a balcony. We thought this would finally be good, but unfortunately the gastropub’s extraction system ran directly past the balcony, producing strong smells and constant noise. The mattresses were hard, with a plastic layer directly under the sheets, making them very uncomfortable. The shower leaked, the sink was far too small, and on one side of the bed neither a working power socket nor the lighting touchscreen. There was no power outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom, nor near the mirror in the room. (both rooms).
We saw three different rooms and I honestly wonder if there is a good room in this hotel at all. I don't understand a score of 9,1.

Struttura di livello. Servizio transfer disattento e comunicazione rivedibile!
Pros:

Struttura di livello, camera di notevole design e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ampia e pulita. Di fatto, è una sorta di struttura collaterale al cinque stelle Rosselli lì vicino. Quindi senza reception né personale, per i quali ti devi recare al Rosselli. Ottima posizione, nella zona pedonale, vicino a tutti i punti di interesse. Abbastanza silenzioso (era inverno) nonostante i locali sotto, che però in chiusura e apertura creano comunque dei rumori poiché uno degli stessi ha il passaggio dentro la zona piano terra della struttura, non proprio il massimo. Prezzo ok. Camera tecnologica.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato il transfer dall'aeroporto e il driver ha chiamato la sera prima per dire che era in aeroporto, confondendosi col fatto che il volo atterrava alle 00:15. Ovviamente sarebbe stato l'hotel, consapevole delle notti prenotate, a assicurarsi di evitare errori. Detto ciò, il giorno dopo, scrivo tramite booking all'hotel comunicando l'accaduto e chiedendo conferma fosse tutto apposto per il nostro arrivo. Ebbene, nessuna risposta ed ovviamente nessuno ad aspettarci al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo così preso un taxi con i tempi conseguenti di prenotazione, attesa etc. Poi arrivati dopo le 1 al Rosselli (reception in teoria H24) troviamo chiuso, e qualcuno dopo 15 minuti ci apre sol perché una dipendente (anch'essa rimasta fuori) chiama privatamente un collega per aprire la porta. Inaccettabile per una struttura di questo livello!!!

Perfect hotel for discovering Malta
Pros:

Perfect hotel for discovering Malta and Valletta. We had a quiet room overlooking the inner courtyard, so we were in the heart of the city, but it wasn't disturbing noisy. The room was cozy, looked like on the fotos. As it was december, the heaing possibility was useful. The breakfast is in the other AX hotel in the neighbourhood, it is a five-star hotle, so the breakfast is very elegant, serverd by kind waiters. Overall the staff is very polite and helpful. Omar at the reception will help you with everything. The head waiter at breakfast remembers how you like your eggs, so it was a perfect holiday, thanks to them.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Booked here last minute and so glad we did. Lovely hotel, room was clean, had all the amenities needed. In the centre of Valletta and close to everything. All the staff were superb, helpful and professional. A special mention to Hark - you were brilliant thank you. 🌟
