Buena estancia
Pros:

La ubicación y la posibilidad de recepción 24 horas.
Tener el restaurante para cuando quisieras aunque no hubieras contratado media pensión ni nada, estaba bien.
Un placer con el recepcionista cubano-cántabro con el que charlamos y vimos partido de fútbol en recepción. Nos alegró la tarde! (Perdona que se me olvidó tu nombre).
Posibilidad de descuento en el parking (10%) , aunque el parking cercano sea carísimo.

Cons:

- La cama no era cómoda. Entiendo que es según la persona, pero se notaban los muelles.
- El trato del personal del restaurante del hotel podría mejorar... Dejamos de ir por ese motivo.
- Calidad precio, está caro para lo que es.

L'hotel è ben posizionato, comodo per muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi, parcheggio a pagamento convenzionato. Colazione al bar sotto l'hotel adeguata, bagno grande con bidet, aria condizionata. Il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Camere un po' datate ma ben tenute.
La nostra camera aveva la finestra che dava sul cavedio, quindi poca luce, ma per un breve soggiorno era adeguata.

The atmosphere, especially in the restaurant was really lovely. I also loved that the staff were more than happy to help with luggage or bikes being left before or after check in/out

Comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and bright. Located down a small alley it was very close to a number of very good and inexpensive restaurants. It is very near the centre of Santander and the cathedral.

Cons:

I would have liked a breakfast option as the hotel had a cafe nearby.

Great option for a couple of nights in the city center
Pros:

The location is great, near the city center and bus and train station.
