Great Krakow Hotel
Pros:

The staff were excellent and recommended some great restaurants. The location is excellent - walking distance to the train station and Old Town. The room also had a full size shower!

Cons:

The air conditioning could be easier to use. We had the front desk to get the temperature lowered.

Central Hotel with Welcoming Staff and Fabulous Breakfast
Pros:

Great reception staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. Warm welcome and spotless, quiet room. Breakfast range was superb.

Przytulny hotel w sercu miasta z ekstra śniadaniem
Pros:

Obsługa fantastyczna (: Naprawdę, każda osoba, z którą mieliśmy styczność była przemiła i pomocna. Pokoje są ładne i czyste, śniadania bardzo smaczne (jajka poszetowe w pomidorach z karty to sztos! i najlepsze flat white, jakie piliśmy "na mieście"). Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, tuż obok rynku, wszędzie blisko spacerem, m.in. na Wawel. W hotelu jest masa udogodnień, m.in. parking podziemny, basen, siłownia, etc.

Cons:

Bardzo kiepski zasięg WiFi. I niestety od strony ulicy jest po prostu bardzo głośno, ale to minus lokalizacji w samym sercu Starego Miasta. Na plus możliwość zmiany pokoju na taki z oknami od innej strony (:
