Struttura molto bella anche se non ha una hall di ingresso capiente

Avevo chiesto se era possibile il check-in anticipato e mi hanno risposto che dipendeva dalla disponibilità delle camere. Una volta arrivata ho chiesto di anticipare perché avevo un meeting e dopo il viaggio, essendo arrivata 4 ore prima dell’incontro, avevo necessità di appoggiarmi in stanza. Mi hanno risposto che l’unica stanza disponibile sarebbe costata 100€ circa in più (oltre a un prezzo alto già pagato) e se volevo la mia avrei dovuto attendere il pomeriggio all’orario previsto per il check in. Molto sgarbato per un hotel 5 stelle. Molto rigido il modo e senza alcuna idea dell’accoglienza, del commercio (avrei pagato anche qualcosa in più ma non così tanto) e nessun problem solving perché poco interessati a empatizzare. Un giorno la colazione costava x per una bimba di 5 anni e l’altro costava y, in base a chi trovavi. Personale troppo giovane e da formare che fa turni lunghissimi: li vedi al mattino e li ritrovi la sera.
