Great hotel in central location
Pros:

Great hotel in a great central location. Reception staff were super - very helpful and proactive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

One negative was in the use of the spa facilties. Most folk didn't shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi. The weather was extremely hot and we were disappointed to see so many sweaty bodies head straight for the pool and jacuzzi without showering first. Some signage is needed to remind guests.

A wonderful trip
Pros:

The location is amazing, right in the old town walking distance from everything. The facilities were great, beautiful underground spa, great food in the restaurant with lovely views on the roof terrace. We stayed in the junior suite and it was a great size. The staff were very helpful and if we come back to krakow we will definitely we staying here again.
