The place to stay in Krakow! Unbelievable location
Pros:

I loved the location,the cleanliness, the Spa area very nice ,the restaurant excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.Also it was very quiet.

Cons:

We were in room 407 and there is a steel girder running from ceiling to floor right beside your bed. I thought the bed was a small double and very firm but I still slept well .

Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania (na pewno jedne z lepszych w Krk), świetny Personel, cisza i spokój.

Cons:

Brak internetu. W pokoju w którym byliśmy zasięg był bardzo słaby, głównie w łazience a WiFi po prostu nie łapało. W momencie w którym człowiek trochę pracuje w tle był to dość spory problem.

Hotel utrzymuje znakomity standard który znam od kilku lat.Obsluga jest bardzo dobra.Pokoje piękne, spa jak zwykle wspaniale.

Cons:

Szkoda że nie działa restauracja hotelowa, miała znakomitą kuchnię.Trattoria nie spełnia tych oczekiwań.
Jakoś serwowanych na śniadanie potraw jest niższa niz 2 lata temu, szkoda bardzo, bo dla samych tych sniadan warto bylo się tu zatrzymać.
