Pros:

Badly designed and poor fixtures. Cleanliness an issue in all public and room areas. Poor housekeeping and bad shape of sheets and covers. Maintenance of facilities bad. Hotel location away from Bhubaneswar

Good stay
Pros:

It’s was a good stay at the hotel. It is a new property and is nicely set up. There are not many guests staying at the time I was there. I think that’s primarily as it’s a new hotel.
The rooms are good spacious. The staff is helpful and ready to accommodate your demands. Bhubaneshwar is a small city so I didn’t find travelling from hotel to the city much of an issue but otherwise the hotel is located on the outer side of the city

Stay in Hotel Pal Heights Mantra
Pros:

Surprisingly, for a modern hotel
- There are no safety latches on the door,
- The door does not have one of those lenses which allow you to see who is outside, and
- Funnily, the bathroom does not have a receptacle, so where is one supposed to keep soap, shampoo, gel, etc??!!
Being next to the National Highway, it can be a noisy, horn filled night....
