Oula maisonettes

Struttura datata, pessime le condizioni dei letti e della biancheria in generale, pulizia giornaliera sommaria della camera, il bagno necessita di nuovi sanitari e la doccia senza protezione causa allagamento del pavimento. Shampoo e sapone non vengono forniti, mancano mensole di appoggio.
Pessima anche la zona cucina con stoviglie sporche e piano cottura/forno inutilizzabili. Tutta la camera e gli arredi hanno un pessimo odore di umidità. Manca stendino almeno per costumi ed asciugamani. L'aria condizionata è a pagamento . Il giardino esterno ben curato, la zona piscina e il bar/ristorante sono l'unica nota positiva. Staff accogliente, disponibile e gentile.

Dato che abbiamo pernottato nella struttura in bassa stagione, lo staff (molto molto cordiale, in particolare IANNES) ci ha permesso di soggiornare invece che nel monolocale prenotato, in un bilocale con cucina, bagno, balcone spazioso, camera da letto al piano rialzato.
è stata un'esperienza molto bella e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I prezzi del bar dell'hotel sono molto economici e il cibo è buono.
L'hotel è situato a circa 200 mt dal centro di Kavos e questo permette, a chi vuole riposarsi la sera e/o notte, di non essere disturbati da musica ad alto volume e da schiamazzi ma allo stesso tempo permette di spostarsi con estrema facilità in quanto molto vicino al centro dove sono presenti moltissimi bar, ristoranti, mini market e qualche negozio di souvenir.
C'è una spiaggia vicina (sarà circa 1 km circa) ma il mare non è molto bello. Essendo la costa del porto, il mare per quanto limpido, non è pulito come sull'altra costa.
Consiglio il noleggio di mezzi (quad, motorino o macchina) per spostarsi e vedere spiagge, calette e l'isola che merita davvero molto.
La spiaggia che ho preferito maggiormente è ISSOS BEACH e fate l'escursione delle isola di PAXOS e ANTIPAXOS; non ho mai visto un mare così. sono i nostri CARAIBI

Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi ma al tempo stesso per divertirsi. Staff simpatico e disponibile, stanze pulite e con viste sul verde di Kavos.

Wir hatten als Familie mit 8jähriger Tochter eine große Maisonnette am Rande der Anlage. Dies war eine besondere Maßnahme der aufmerksamen Hotellleitung, die uns möglichst durch die Partyhochburg Kavos nicht gestört wissen wollte. Wir haben von hier aus viele Ausflüge im Süden von Korfu unternommen und dabei tolle, wenig touristische Strände entdeckt.

My room was on the second floor without an air conditioner so was very hot. Also the TV was not working but this just meant I enjoyed the communal area for TV viewing. The manager there (Jiannis?) is really excellent and looks after everything for you. Pool is good and not too crowded in the mornings. This was a place I found that I could really relax!

Our room was nice and spacious, and was very clean and nice. The pool area is nice and there were plenty of sunbeds at all times. Music was played around the pool which was great.

The shower was not good at all, it was tiny and too low and it didn't have a proper holder so it fell off all the time. The shower curtain was poor. We didn't even have any hot water for quite a few nights of our stay, and when we did the shower was only lukewarm.

The hotel staff are lovely and friendly.

The food was disappointing and not very tasty. On a number of occasions there were only a few items on the menu which they could produce for us. There was a lack of options in terms of any relatively healthy food or vegetables.

The hotel itself is nice and well kept, and for a cheap hotel it was good, however it did let itself down in some aspects.

Haben leider erst nach der Buchung gesehen das Kavos die Party Metropole von Korfu ist. Fasse jetzt meine Eindrücke kurz zusammen. Personal 1A, sie haben sich extrem bemüht uns den Aufenthalt ( 33, 45, und 4 Jahre ) so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kavos selber, schmutzig, dreckig und eckelhaft. Zum Niveaulosen wegsaufen sicher geeignet, allerdings sollte man Engländer sein. Werde mich noch mit der Reisegesellschaft in Verbindung setzten wie man so etwas einer Familie mit 4 jährigem Kind Buchen lassen kann. Zum Glück war ja noch Vorsaison. Haben am 4. Tag ein anderes Hotel Nähe Korfu Stadt gebucht, da ich meinem Sohn nicht erklären wollte warum vor unserer Tür ein Mädchen schläft...

Our check-in was not pleasant but on the whole we enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and so were the people. Our flight arrived at 5am and we got to the hotel at 6:30am. We were informed check-in was not till 2pm and there were no rooms available as the one ear-marked for us was occupied till 12noon. Nowhere on the website was it stated check-in was at 2pm; it however stated the hotel accomodates late check-ins. We were offered an option of paying 50euros to be given a room till 2pm & when we declined we were offered to sit in the open (dinning area) in the mist of mosquitoes & wasps. I just thought under the circumstances (having children with me), the management would have been considerate.

I was a bit apprehensive about going to Kavos . From the minute we arrived Yannis and Emma made us feel so welcome and relaxed. It's not a 5* complex basic and clean rooms with all you need for a comfortable stay.

What you cannot buy is the fantastic atmosphere Yannis and his team create, the right mix of guests so no one need feel left out or uncomfortable . Old , young, families and groups all gelled to make this the best holiday I have ever been on , and believe me there have been many.

Yannis went beyond what was expected to make sure his guests had the most enjoyable stay . He is an unconscious comedian but runs a tight ship that gets him respect from guests and staff alike .

The Oula is a comfortable 10-15 minute walk from the night life and the strip where you will find a rstuaraht and bar to suit all, but what we found was the atmosphere in the complex was more than enough for great nights in, making our own entertainment .

The pool was kept clean the site was spotless and safe , food available almost all day what more could you ask for ?

After 2 weeks stay, sadly we had to return home but I have absolutely no doubt we will return . I would like to thank all of the staff for making our stay a memorable happy time .
