Anantara Chiang Mai Serviced Suites

We (my husband and our friend) stayed in the Antantara Chiang Mai Serviced Suites for a week, with full access to the resort.
The location-- although no beach to be found- was perfect for our needs, along the river, near the night market and still very quiet with access to both the rooftop pool and the resort pool. The proximity to the bicycle shop, outdoor adventure possibilities (of which we participated in three excellent tours), massage, and restaurants was perfectly convenient, and still felt like an oasis whenever needed. The pools were exquisite (swam 2+ times a day) and we enjoyed their invitation to participate in the soap carving... and the opportunity to do a different one each day.
The most remarkable value was the kindness of the staff, particularly Bam and Bright... When I encountered a panic with my airline ticket, they very generously supported me in my overseas call, to resolve the issue, it was a huge relife. And when we encountered an unforeseen delay in our check out, they (and others, I believe, Bhu or "Paul", and the Apprentice named "Gift") very graciously and smoothly arranged for us to use their spare DEMO apartment, at no extra charge. Every other act of kindness was appreciated as well, but those two actions stood out for us as EXCEPTIONALLY GRACIOUS and appreciated! Even upon bringing our uncut coconuts back to their restaurant, the (often our favorite French waiter, I didn't catch his name) returned to present it cut, on a plate, with a straw each time!
I wish to THANK all the staff who made our stay so memorable and pleasant.

The atmosphere was royal, including the music and dance every evening 5:30-6:30 pm, their exquisite Golden restaurant boat on the Pier, the restaurant under the palms and extraordinarly tree with lanterns, and use of pools including sunscreen, towels, proximity to bars, as well as he spacious lobbies, and apartment rooms, re-stocked generously each day with fine coffee, milk, water, teas and even flowers! Never noisy, all perfect. And though we rarely splurge for this kind of value, we feel very spoiled to have had the opportunity to stay at such a fine resort, and would say it was absolutely worth it.

I’ve been to Thailand more than 30 times and Chiang Mai about 10 times. Long trips can be exhausting and I find Anatara Properties to be an absolute delight to stay in.

In Chiang Mai, the Anatara Service Suites are my first choice. I plan my stay in Chiang Mai around suites availability. My stays are usually one to two weeks,

The suites are beautiful, comfortable and absolutely quiet. Here, the staff is amazing. Each person does everything to make your stay a delight. They will do everything they can to help you - be it a common request or an unexpected problem that has occurred. In short order, you will feel like you’re at home.

Next trip, I will be back to the Anatara Service Suites. I highly recommend that you do the same and you’ll quickly experience why I keep returning year after year.

Had a wonderful 4 days and nights at the anatara serviced suites. I cannot find a bad thing to say about this place. The staff are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are immaculate, food is delicious and the roof top pool we often had to ourselves.
After a busy day exploring Chiang Mai it was wonderful to come back to the calmness and serenity of the accommodation.

Came here on the week of lantern festival. The location is perfect for you to see the river where the Krathong and fireworks are seen in a distance. Instead of going around the market to look for local dishes we decided to have the course meal and try all the authentic Northern thai cuisine. It was such a good experience.

I also did the soap making carving where one their staff named Bam was able to inform me on where locals go and how to experience all northern cuisine. Super happy with the service.

The location is good take only 15mins to the city, the rooms very big, our kids like it. This side of building not to crowded as well.
Bam at front desk very helpful and attentive, she suggest and help us a lot with place to travel around. She’s very kind. And Pai is super helpful as well.

Loved our stay here! From the check in (forgot the receptionist name) to our smooth check out (thanks to Bam). ALL the staff we’re very prompt and caters to all your needs. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety and servers were very polite :) Will definitely come back to unwind!! 10/10!!!

Great breakfast, nice view, can use hotel facilities, excellent service. Staff and service were stand out. 3 bedroom suite was overall quite spacious apart from one bedroom. Staff very helpful and helped us make bookings. Would return.

Bam was our receptionist. She was very polite and friendly. Her great smile and gentle personality have elevated the experience at the Anantara Chiang Mai resort.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.
The service is top, staff were friendly and helpful especially Khun Louis from Front desk and Khun Nalika from restaurant.

This was a one night stay in the serviced apartments chiang mai anatara. It was absolutely perfect for our family of four. A beautiful 2 bed apartment with the use of all the hotel facilities. The washing machine/tumble dryer saved us a fortune in laundry bills!
As always it was the staff that made the stay so special. Bam was incredibly helpful in helping us find our way around Chiang Mai.
