Elogia e satisfação.
Pros:

Fico grato e satisfeito, muito feliz mesmo, quando retorno a um local e o funcionário que gentilmente me atendeu, recepcionista que me fez o cafezinho, lembra do meu nome, do tipo de café, meu destino e minhas necessidades.
Isso mostra o dedicada e atenciosa é a funcionária. Se não estou enganado, seu nome é Luciete (tenho perda de memória recente por conta de problemas de saúde).
É um prazer ser atendido desta forma e ter pessoas que nos recepcionam tão bem.

Outro detalhe, na semana anterior, a equipe atendeu com maestria uma família com duas filhas gêmeas, porém, ambas com autismo. A paciência, a educação, o conhecimento e o interesse em ajudar com base na compreensão da condição em vista, foi um diferencial.

Cons:

O atendimento das pessoas, a recepção do segurança às 15h00 e da equipe de recepção. A inclusão ao ver um africano trabalhando conosco e nos atendendo bem;
