Breakfast was nice, but I felt 'watched' by the staff of ladies...
Free parking.
Secure entry.
CATHOLIC heritage. which I was not aware of until I read the brochure in the room.
The beds were comfortable, but room temp was a bit warm. I couldn't open window to cool the room because the 10 dogs in the neighbors yard were barking for most of the night.
Very clean and great reception staff.

Cons:

1. not being allowed to control the room temp.
2. also the light in the entry way was on a very short timer and therefore I had to move my bag or items to my bed to find what I was looking for. That was very irritating.
3. tiny shower...no way for females to shave legs.

Great rooms, minimal warmth or friendliness

very nice room, extremely comfortable bed

Cons:

Most ( not all) staff were quite unfriendly. Most interactions were purely "business like". Even at check-out, after 3 nights, there wasn't a pleasant comment, an inquiry about our stay, nothing.
Its also important to know the hotel is a decent walk (15 minutes) from the old town centre, and coming back its all uphill. The bonus is there are great views from the main restaurant

Pros:

Café da manha um pouco fraco, poucas opções de paes, suco não era natural, mas estava bom. A maquina de cafe deixa a desejar, muito fraco.
