Nice And Close To McCormick Place
Pros:

A great hotel if your attending an event at McCormick Place, which you can get to from the hotel via a 5 min walk across the bridge. The hotel is nice and modern and very clean with 2 places to eat on-prem and a short walk to local restarunts, coffee shops and local convinenance store.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and my stay was very comfoortable - I did however find the shower pressure to be on the low side and I found the valet/doormen rather rude and unhelpful - all the other staff were very polite, chearful and helpful, shame the valet/doormen staff let them down.

Overall a great hotel, nice and close to McCormick Place and has everything you need for a business trip.

Pros:

Such a great location - we could use the skywalk to the McCormick convention center so easily! The bar and restaurants were good - great food!

Cons:

Pretty expensive to stay there - but ended up be worth it because of the location

convenient to convention center, nice M lounge on 4th floor but with limited hours and food selection. not close to grocery story (walked 2mi to target, tj maxx, etc). close to chinatown.

Walking distance to bears stadium, lively bar/restaurant scene!
Pros:

We stayed at the Marriott for a bears game and had a great experience! It is walking distance to the stadium which was a huge plus for this trip. The hotel was clean, great staff, and a lively bar/restaurant scene which is important to me. The one downside to this hotel would be that the area isn’t the most walkable, meaning not a lot of things to do/restaurants around the hotel. So if you are looking for the best location, would definitly recommend more toward the river for a livelier scene. But overall a great stay for what we were there for. Would definitly go back!

Upon checking in, I was accused of not having paid for my stay. It turns out the issue was due to booking.com not having

A perfect time. Your front desk staff was kind, courteous and very competent.
Pros:

The room had a spectacular view of the lake. It was beautiful.

Cons:

The were no negative aspects to our stay at your hotel. I found it one of the most stress free stays I've had at any facility in a long time.

Beautiful & Wonderful
Pros:

I really liked how close it was to the Wintrust Arena! I also liked how beautiful it was from the inside and out!

Cons:

The beds were alright but they were a little stiff when sleeping!

It was fine for me to sleep there at night, which was the whole point; however, missing amenities.
Pros:

I liked the location near the conference room and the public transportation.
The room was always clean when I got back.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Wifi was never consistent. I don't know if this is because I had to become a member, but the wifi still wouldn't work even after dealing with tech support. I also almost was tricked into spending $6 for a water, which I am glad I saw the tag on the cap before opening it. Still put me on edge before using anything in the room.

Hotel was perfect. View magnificent.

Cons:

Booking.com ..... I'll never use your service again. YOU charged my debit card and gave the hotel a crap refillable card that didnt work so I got charged twice and it locked up my account on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Thank you for utterly ruining my life booking.
