Room was clean and the location was good too - walk to train, restaurants, etc
bed was comfy and shower was nice
the banging noise - seemed to be when hot water was running or showers throught the hotel - it was loud ! made it hard to sleep at points - i was in rm 702
The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
Some of the restaurant reception staff seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. They often appeared to be in a bad mood, and their service was disorganized. This was disappointing and could definitely be improved.
Fantastic hotel for marathon weekend in Chicago - just 5 minute walk from the expo. Comfortable and large room, friendly staff and plenty of amenities.
The hotel was of course extremely overpriced for 2 nights (due to the marathon) - I would like to see the prices drop for next year but don’t expect it to happen.

Proximity to Marathon Expo and 3 Bus line was great, as was the food. We had excellent interactions with all of the staff. We were on the 24th floor with great views - overall, the facilities were good as well. We would definitely stay here again.
Pricing on everything F&B was way higher than expected, even for a hotel (with the exception of the flatbreads which were a great value.) I thought there was a pool there too, but was clearly mistaken, so that bummed my kids out, but that was on me.

Three technicians could not open the door to the room. Fortunately the hotel was able to offer another room, but this exercise took up an hour.
The room was wonderful with a great view. The breakfast for VIP was good though I wish stayed open until 10... overall everything was high end.

the Booking.com includes a $30 plus tax "resort fee" but we were charged for this at checkout and I had to contest this incorrect charge to get it taken off.
