If you enjoy being treated like a nuisance rather than a guest, this is the place for you. The level of snobbery and outright rudeness from the staff is staggering—this is honestly the first time I’ve witnessed employees at a well-known hotel chain show zero regard for basic customer care.
When we called reception from the room to ask for an electric kettle, we were met with a blunt "no" followed immediately by them hanging up on us. Later, when calling to book a massage, we were told "the massage lady left" and—once again—the phone was disconnected right in our ear.
The breakfast service is a whole separate comedy of errors. The staff seem far too busy standing around drinking their own coffee to bother refilling empty milk jugs or adding pancakes to empty trays. But they certainly find their energy when it comes to policing guests: I actually watched a staff member rudely snap at a poor guest waiting for some bread to be toasted, telling him "don't cross this line" because he was standing slightly close to the border. The employee acted like he used to work for immigration border control.
As for the amenities? The pool is technically a plus, except the floor surrounding it is bafflingly slippery. Everyone kept sliding and falling all over the place. Save your peace of mind and stay somewhere else.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα , με ωραία θέα , ευγενικό προσωπικό , καθαρό δωμάτιο , ωραίο γυμναστήριο καινούργιο! Μπορείς να κάνεις και μασάζ .
Μεγάλη ποικιλία κρασιών .

Cons:

Το φαγητό του εστιατορίου δεν ήταν ωραίο είναι η αλήθεια . Καθίσαμε για βραδινό και στην κυριολεξία δεν τρωγόταν.

Bellissimo Hotel, vista città.
Pros:

La struttura si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della città di Bresov, nella prima collina. Struttura nuova con ampi spazie e bella veduta sulla città. Colazione buona e varia, con buoni prodotti locali. La camera molto grande e con un bel bagno, anche se con prodotti per la cura del corpo non al top. Letto ultra comodo, come il cuscino. Dotato di ogni comfort di un ottimo 4 stelle. Parcheggio gratutito. Camera provvista di macchina per il caffè e bottiglia di acqua per il benvenuto. Ottimo serviziio di accappatoio, ciabatte e asciugamani in più di quelli trovati nella camera, per l'accesso alla spa.
